Steve was excellent informative and had the most reasonable prices for issues at hand. Made sure service was quality work and tested himself. Genuine and friendly environment. Car has never driven better.

The owner of this place is not a very cool person. I went in to get my spark plugs and o2 sensor done and was gunna be charged $285 since I was bringing them parts I already bought. So I get there later in the day and they couldn't get the last nut off of my o2 sensor and was like ok just keep that on and just charge me for replacing my spark plugs. They charged me $200 for replacing 4 spark plugs on my 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder truck!!! Outrageous!!! Never go to this place. The owner won't work with you on prices. This place will take advantage of you and not lose a nights sleep on it.

I took my Subaru to Signature Automotive for an issue with the fuel pump. They had it diagnosed within an hour of my appointment and had it fixed by the end of the same day. They have a good system of communication via text throughout, with follow up phone calls as well. The repair was less expensive than I expected. I had never had service done at Signature prior, I chose them based on location and reviews. I would definitely take my car there again and recommend the shop to others.

I went to this place to have my car diagnosed and he told us what was wrong with the vehicle but the price was too high and when we were trying to leave he made a remark saying "hopefully you'll get it to start" when they were able to start it with no problems but because we were doing business there they didn't even want to start the car for us and when we kept trying to start the car he made another remark saying " not trying to be rude but if you continue to try to start the car you will ruin your starter" they could have easily turned it on for us but yet didn't because we weren't doing business with them. I wouldn't recommend this place they don't care about their customers and will treat you poorly if you don't do business with them.

Took my Expedition in for a failing power steering pump. The intake staff were very hospitable and Daniel kept regular communication throughout the process. I give 4 stars because it was a little more expensive than other quotes but my car was ready in a day and I received a great warranty so I would definitely recommend Signature if you need Good Gauranteed work done fast!

Took my car in to get a custom exhaust done on my bmw 428i , and I absolutely loved the work they did nice sound and quality I recommend this place to anyone looking for a custom exhaust

Terrible experience at this shop. The mechanic lied and charged me more than the originally agreed price for issues my car didn't even have. My car stopped working afterwards again. Don't recommend this mechanic to anyone.

We had a great experience with Joe at Signature! He worked with us through the whole process. The car did have some troubles shortly after we bought it but they worked with us to help us get them fixed! I would recomend them to any family member who needed a reasonable used vehicle!

I can't say enough about Signature Automotive. My power steering unit completely fell apart on Friday night on my way home from work. I called them early Saturday afternoon (2:30) he said he could fix it that day. The part wasn't available till later that day. When it did come in and he installed it there was a problem with it. He then came into his shop to finish it on a Sunday. Finished it an I was on my way. Thank you so much for the great experience and the extra effort you put in on my car.
