Hands down Signature Automotive is the best. I have been using their services for all my cars. I know little about cars overall and it is great that if i have an issue i can call and ask and they will tell me the best solution. I will not go anywhere else. Once i find great work i stay with them

I first gave them a 5 star review but I gave my review too soon. I took my work truck there May 15th with a Check Engine Light issue and a ticking noise coming from under the hood. I told them the dealership recommended I get a list of things done to fix my issues. I ask them to inspect my truck first to verify what the dealer said was correct. If they agree on the recommendation then that's what I want to get done. We agreed and I paid half of the bill upfront which was $3200. They had my truck for a little over a week and then got it back to me. I drove the truck on day one after repair and it drove ok but late that same evening the check engine light came back on. I was out of town so I couldn't do anything about it until I got back home. By the time I got back home some days later the check engine light went off. So I went back to work the next day after I got back in town. The very first day I'm out on the road, not only does my check engine light come back on my engine over heats(I never had this type of issue before this moment). So now I'm stuck and have to pay a to get my truck and trailer towed all the way back to Atlanta from South GA. That cost me $600 more out my pocket. So I get the truck back to them. Tell them how the check engine light came back on and it over heated on me. They look over it and determine a hose dry rotted and replace it and put antifreeze back in the truck. They said I'm good to go now and they charge me another $225 for that. So now I got my truck back and I hit the road again. Same thing happens. Check engine light comes back on and the truck engine over heats again. This had to be less than a week apart from the last time it happened. I called road side assistance and they determine another hose was found with a hole in it. Hose was repaired and no leaks spotted anywhere. The truck still running hot. I again have to get my truck towed back to the shop from North Georgia this time. They keep it a couple days and then give it back saying it fixed and I should have anymore problems. Mean while my check engine light is still on but it's not overheating. So I go up to auto zone to have them put the machine on my truck to see why the check engine light is still on. They tell me I need to replace my sensors and it should go off. So I call a buddy of mine that work on cars to put the new sensors in for me. He does and just like that the check engine light goes off and stays off.(The shop never mentioned all I had to do was change out my sensors to fix the issue with the check engine light) Pass that so now it's been 3 times I've taken my truck back to this shop for repair for the same two issues and one was fixed just by changing out 3 sensors. I get back on the road again to go pick up my trailer because ( I had to leave it in North Georgia, the tow truck wouldn't tow it that far without charging me a crazy amount of money). So I make it back to North Georgia and on my way back with my trailer the truck runs hot on me again. At this point, I'm done taking back to this shop because they haven't fixed ANYTHING and it's continues to cost me money and missing days of work. They got my truck back on May 15. Today is June 10th and my issue still is on going. They refused to give me a refund for anything.

I’ve had several jobs done here on my old pickup over the past 5 years. Most recently they changed the timing belt/water pump and replaced valve cover gaskets. They have always done a fantastic job with no issues. They are fair, friendly and communicate well. They’ve never tried to up charge me or sell me service they I don’t need. Highly recommend!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stopped by this shop today because my car sensor was telling me I needed to get my coolant topped off. I walked in and asked if they provided this service, and the lady behind the counter asked for my key. In less than 15 minutes, my coolant had been topped off and she placed my key back in my hand. She was very friendly and professional. When leaving, I immediately called my husband and told him of my experience and added Signature to my contacts for future reference and our auto service needs.

Great service. I brought my car in at a very busy time and both of my big issues were addressed and for a very reasonable cost. The lady at the front is very friendly and helpful! I was expecting to be without a car for a couple of days but I was in and out within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Just had an oil and filter change and was very pleased with the efficiency, friendliness and price. The oil change price is the best I found in the area. They even checked and topped off the fluids. This a a medium sized local shop with 6 bays and a small waiting area. I dropped off my car and they call to say it was completed within an hour. It was great to support an independent shop. I’ll be back for sure.
