I live down the street from this business and I started coming here because it's so conveniently located for me. Every time I need their assitance, I am always treated well by Tony. They turn cars around quickly and do a great job. Highly recommend!

I pass by this auto repair shop every day since I live nearby, and I finally decided to stop in. After my mechanic diagnosed my car's A/C issue as electrical and said there was nothing he could do, I was left driving through the hot summer without A/C for a month. When I finally had some time off work, I took my car to Simon & Son for a second opinion. They quickly identified the problem as a leak in the A/C condenser that was causing the issue. Tony handled the repair and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My experience was exceptional and honest, so I will definitely be bringing my cars to them from now on. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

Can't recommend this auto repair enough -- kind, trustworthy, and transparent. I'm a graduate student with a 2014 Honda that has had a few problems lately and I trust Tony at Simon & Sons 100% with my car. He's always upfront and fair about price. On top of that, he takes the time to explain what's going on & how to fix it, and is open to teaching you anything about car care if you're interested. I highly recommend Tony and Simon & Sons!

This is the BEST auto repair shop . Simon and sons do the highest quality of work and have extremely fair prices . They are a husband and wife owned shop that really care about your car . Tony goes above and beyond and will tell you exactly what you need done and explain everything he does to your car . My family and I have brought all of our cars here and will not go anywhere else . I even had an issue with my insurance and the wife called my insurance directly for me and took care of everything. I also had an issue when I got an oil change at Firestone and my car was leaking . I took it to Tony and he fixed it right away . Thank you so much !

Tony is awesome! We broke down on the highwy close to his shop. i found the shop online and his family is pictured on the Google page, and they are al smiling. I live in Williams, and he was understanding and patient about us getting back down to Phoenix to pick up the vehicle. I do not feel like i was overcharged for the work and he finished when he said he would be. He even offered to bring my vehicle up to Anthem so it would less of drive for me when I came down from Williams to pick it up. This shop yeilds good ju-ju and they helped us out greatly!

Listen people…this is EASILY the best shop I’ve ever been to! I’m literally about to cry bc of how well they treated me. Please come here whenever you have car issues! The first time I came I had a starter issue. They fixed it quick, no problem AND they gave me and my girl a ride home. This time it was an oil change and Tony’s wife gave me a PBJ sandwich… An effing sandwich!!!! They. Are. Simply. AMAZING!

I called Tony the day prior and he gave me a clear and exact estimate and time of the repair. Upon arrival, Tony & Ruby in the office were extremely kind, friendly & professional. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Robert did an excellent job replacing the mirror! They were very reasonably priced and affordable! I will be coming here for the rest of my car needs!

I have to say, this was the best auto repair shop I've found in Phoenix yet. Everyone there was so down to earth and kind. The service on my car took about an hour and at a very reasonable price! Definitely the spot to go if you want your vehicle in good hands.

My wife took her car in bc it wouldn't start & she needed a hood latch replacement & they screwed it up SO bad that now we can't get the hood open, yet they claimed they did do it but turned around & said they didn't, that it was their tow company guy that did it. Make it make sense. A lawsuit is underway

This is hands down the best auto shop in Arizona. Such home vibes the staff knows you, you aren’t just another vehicle number. I love the kindness and genuineness Ruby has for every single customer they build such lasting relationships. this small business has saved every car I’ve ever owned. They are honest and transparent, they respect your time they are so AFFORDABLE I can whole heartily say their work is amazing. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have the same great experience. My 2017 Mazda and my 2002 chevy run amazing and I really do have them to thank for all the hard work they do. When They do a complete inspection and break down what is wrong and how it impacts your car and real time expectations if you decide to not go with their recommendations for your vehicle. Tony and Ruby are awesome! After my car got t-boned, it sat at their auto shop for 2-3 weeks before my insurance even got them a quote to start repairs. They were super patient and super nice and once repairs started, they gave me regular email updates about how my car was doing! My car was finally returned to me all fixed and cleaner than it was when it was towed in!! Thank you so much Tony and Ruby!

I have taken several vehicles here and they have done a great job. I towed a ford econoline van to them on a Friday and I pulled into their shop 15 minutes before they closed the doors. Tony was kind enough to stay late on a Friday night and fixed my van and I picked it up the same night. I greatly appreciate this and highly recommend Simon and sons. Thanks Tony
