The members of a local radio talk show were sharing car repair experiences. When body shop work was discussed, all the feedback related to Simple was outstanding. I filed that in memory and thought I would give them a try if needed. Sure enough, my car suffered an "hit and run" dent on the front fender that was about 8 inches in length, and 3 inches wide. I took the car to Simple, received a very fair estimate, and made an appointment. I dropped the car off and 9am and received a call the same day at 11:30am that the work was complete. At noon I was standing in front of the car absolutely amazed at the quality of work... completed in less than 2 hours. Simple receives a well earned 5 star rating from me. I encourage everyone to give Simple a chance to work on your car. I fully expect you will drive away satisfied.

Simple. Was amazing, with fast, reliable service and amazing communication. I hit a rock with my minivan and within 3 days it was fixed at a great price looking better than new. The owner, John, went above and beyond and helped resolve another issue I had a few weeks later at no charge. Truly a gem of a business and Louisville is lucky to have them! Will definitely be recommending and using them again for my next car issue!

I found Simple. doing a Google search and I'm glad I did!!!!! I read the great reviews and emailed pictures and asked for a quote last weekend. John responded very quickly that same night with a quote. We set a repair date of Sept 28th and I got several correspondences this week reminding me of my appt. When I arrived this morning, I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the waiting room is!!! It had a "home" type of feeling, very nice, clean, inviting, felt more like a cozy living room than a waiting room!! John told me what to expect and even called to update me. It was ready as promised and my car looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I am so pleased with the body repair. I was quoted by another person $1400, John did an AMAZING job for $700. Don't sleep on Simple. If you want a great experience, see John! He even gave me some touch up paint!

I was just hoping to get the car put back together. John offered me 2 options - just putting back together and putting back to looking good. Went with the option of making it look good too and boy am I glad we did. The car looks great! Can't say enough good things! And speed...the accident happened on a Sunday, I sent him pics that night and he responded! Took the to him to see on Monday. He needed to order the bumper and called me to tell me it was in on Friday. Took the car to him Tuesday afternoon and it was done by Wednesday morning!

Some idiot (me) backed up my truck with a trailer attached, and turned too sharp. Left a big dent in my right rear fender. Got a quote of over $3,000 from a body shop to fix it. I really didn’t want to use my insurance, but that cost was too high not to. So I contacted John at Simple. He told me he could fix it in one day, and would fix a dent in my bumper as well for $954. He did a perfect job! On time as well. He even touched up a few other spots on my truck for no additional charge. He also gave me a small bottle of touch up paint for any future boo-boos. John is a nice guy, and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend Simple to anyone needing small body repairs. Thanks, John!

What we thought would be a $2,000 fix was closer to a $250 fix. As you can see our bumper had a massive dent and hole in it....Looks like it never happened! John did an AMAZING job!!! Took it at 9am and received a call at 11:24am. "Simple.Fast.Affordable"...Could not have described it any better!!! There is a reason he has all 5-star reviews!!

Had a Great experience with the Repair of a Quarter Panel on the back passenger side of my Kia Soul had been hit by a bungee cord off a semi truck did a lot of damage including deep dents and scratches it was completed in 2.5 hours the paint was matched up perfectly also had some touch up work done on the door it is impossible unless you stare right at it to see the scratch the quarter panel like i said it’s like nothing ever happened to it simply amazing couldn’t be happier pricing was extremely fair and reasonable as well first class operation the owner is as nice and pleasant as could be recommended Simple Body Shop with 10 out of 10 stars i will never use anyone else with my cars if i need auto body work . This company beats all I have ever seen. I have taken two of my vehicles to them to get body work done and have been extremely satisfied with both jobs. If it would let me give them 10 ⭐️s I would. Not only does he do great work, he does it at a reasonable price and all in one day so your not without a vehicle for weeks waiting on a dealer or normal body shop. I could not thank him enough. I needed paintwork done on my rear and front bumpers. John at Simple offered same day repair and paint at a fraction of the cost of body shops. I chose to wait for my car which took 3 hours, and is what he told me. I sat in comfort in his beautiful waiting room, complete with coffee, snacks, smooth jazz, and a book. It was spa like!! (Honestly, I could have waited longer!) The results were beyond expectations, and my car looks brand new! So much so, I'm parking in the boonies so no one can park next to me and mess up the paint. John himself is super nice, and his facility is modern and spotless. I cannot recommend him or his work highly enough. Thanks, John.

Simple fills a real niche in the auto body repair arena. I had damaged the rear bumper of my car a few months back when I backed into a pole and, although, it bothered me, I didn't take it in for repair due to the thought of outrageous repair bills, being without a car (transportation) for an indefinite period of time, etc. I received Simple's blue flyer in the mail one day and thought this is exactly what is needed. So, I went, and was truly impressed with the transparent pricing, workmanship, timeliness, facility cleanliness and, of course, the owner, John. John is very professional and courteous. Everything in Simple's blue flyer was true and correct. I was so impressed, that I took my Dad and sister's cars there for John to work his magic. Some of the vehicle damage was a little extensive. After John got done with them, you would never know there were even boo-boos to begin with. I'm so grateful Simple exists.

I brought my 2021 Traverse in bc it had scratches and such. I had the Scratches (wetsand/touch up) service. John was upfront about what he would be able to do for me. He did a fantastic job! I brought our other car in bc he did such a good job. He made our other car look brand new (same service, 2015 Fusion)!

I went to Simple after getting ridiculous estimate to realign and adjust trunk and rear bumper cover, after being rear ended. When I stopped by, John mostly fixed it right on the spot, amazing. Returned vehicle for hidden damage and he fixed remaining damage in single day. All at super reasonable price. Would highly recommend, John is down to earth, honest body shop owner who cares about your vehicle and will recommend the right fix.

As their name implies, these folks make repairing your car really simple. I sent in pictures of my door which I stupidly left open when entering my garage. I got my estimate back within an hour, and we scheduled the repair. I drove to his shop at 10 o’clock, and drove out at 11 a totally satisfied customer. John was knowledgeable, courteous, and did an excellent job. My red Tesla is shiny and bright again, and looks fabulous.

My car got keyed down my driver side doors. Went to multiple places that were going to charge me a crazy amount. I sent pictures of it to John and he explained to me my options and his process of fixing it (all the places I went to before didn’t explain anything at all and just gave me prices). Decided to go the cheapest route through John at Simple and couldn’t have been more happy with my choice. He fixed every scratch on my car and got the very deep key mark looking great! Also cleaned up both of my headlights all done in a hour and for the price of 150. I definitely recommend him for all your auto body needs and will definitely be going back in the future!

Simple is exactly the type of place Louisville needed for quick and high quality auto care. I needed paint touched up on my brand new BMW and simple took care of me quickly and did not charge the outrageous prices other auto body shops or dealerships charge. This company did a great job on repainting the hood of my car. There were deep scrape marks from where I had sat a tool on the hood and one of my kids dragged it off. Once he was done it look like no scrapes were ever there. He also did this in under an hour. I was able to drive it home that day.
