I went to this mechanic a year ago because my car was making loud noises and shaking when accelerating and decelerating. My AC was also blowing hot air and I needed an oil change. They had my car for a few days and drove it around for 30 miles. They told me they couldn’t find any issues. The refilled the Freon fluid for the AC. They also told me they changed my oil for me. But the oil change sign didn’t go away. I asked them why the sign was still on and the mechanic looked me in the eye and said he didn’t don’t know but he changed the oil. They even put the 5000 miles sticker.They charged me 525 dollars for this. I drove my car around for another 3 months and then took it to Valvoline. They told me there was no oil left and when they filled it the oil change sign immediately went off. Every other time I went to valvoline the oil cylinders were just below line. On year later, I took my car to a different mechanic who immediately found the problem with the breaks and rotor. He replaced it and charged me 250 dollars for everything including equipment. I suspected that I was cheated and lied to by simply auto service but I wanted to confirm before I wrote a review. The only reason why I went with this place is because another woman wrote they were honest and trustworthy. But they are not. They will take advantage of you if your car knowledge is minimal. They are liars and cheats. They charged me over 500 dollars just to refill the Freon fluid. I hope they get the karma they deserve. And I hope this review protects someone from becoming their next victim.

Best shop around! After years of jumping around to different shops I finally found SIMPLI IMPORT AUTO SERVICES. Not only are they reliable, trustworthy and quick, they are some of the nicest people around. I bring all of my vehicles to them with ease of mind they are not going to overcharge or do work not needed. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of a mechanic! 10/10 all day everyday!

Thankful someone recommended this shop to me. Have a Mitsubishi that needed some AC/Heat work done and other shops quoted way higher prices to fix and clearly weren’t as familiar with less common makes like Mitsubishi. I recommend you come here for better service and prices, especially if you’ve got a foreign car. I’m sure you’ll get the best deal here.

By far the best people!! Great service!! Very accommodating!! I would definitely recommend "Simply Import Auto Service" hands down. If you go somewhere else you are definitely not doing your vehicle any good nor your pocket. Real men and real great people!! If I'm ever in Virginia again, I will make sure I have all my car needs done there!!

Amazing place! As a woman I fear getting scammed when it comes to car maintenance. This place will not take advantage of you. Ben always takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done and why. He’ll even take me out to my car and shows me. I’ve been going here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Great service out of this crew. I was under the impression a few things were wrong with my vehicle so I requested all of them to be replaced. After they got the car in and looked it over just one item need to be replaced. They could have just replaced everything I requested so cost would have been higher than what it was...but instead...Ben recommended just the one part as the others were fine. If you are looking for a service center that won't rip you off on items that don't need to be done and only do the work that is needed...THIS IS THE PLACE.

I don't go anywhere else to get my car serviced 🚙 I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle in 2011 📅. I travel up and down I95 quite often and the technicians make sure my car is in tip-top shape👌 for the highway 🛣 Reasonable and fair prices 💵, great customer service, and knowledgeable mechanics👨‍🔧 I can't thank this team enough for always taking care of me 🤗!

My favorite mechanic in RVA. They really won't screw you on prices or services your car doesn't need. Explain your problem to Ben over the phone, drop your car off and a few hours later it's fixed if not at least diagnosed. I've taken my Jeep to this place for all sorts of repairs and they always do a stellar job at a fair price. My wife and I will always come here first for inspections or repairs!
