SimplyEuro did a great job on my 2011 Audi A8 4.2. So far, they have replaced the valve cover seals and replace some underbody panels that were damaged during the last snow storm. It is a very complex car to work on and is out of warranty. Dealer repairs are hideously expensive. SimplyEuro has saved me thousands on repairs. They are factory trained on Audi and other German makes and have all the diagnostic gear and tools to diagnose and fix issues.

Andrew was very friendly and pointed out their findings on my car that were of concern in the near future. Oil change was performed and my car was clean of any debris or oil. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will be going back for future servicing.

BMW owner with a broken valve stem. Was towed to Simply Euro and was amazed by their service. Terry pulled a valve stem from his own spare to get me on the road since it would take a few days for the new part to come in. I chose to leave it for an inspection and normal service. Ryan was timely and very communicative, keeping me in the loop. When I picked it up it was washed and beautiful! Simply Euro is a great organization!

Disappointed and conflicted. Nice people but the alignments they did on my car were done at other shops nearby. I don't tolerate being lied to or misled when it comes to this kind of stuff. Looking back on it I should've inspected the shop further, photos on Google don't have an alignment rack. Car apparently went to a midas nearby, I was charged $130 and that's what it costs there for a lifetime alignment. No wonder they didn't wanna send me the alignment printout. My vote is look elsewhere, if a shop is doing this for alignments who knows what else is going on for more expensive labor. Editing my review to 1 star: my dad brought his X3m for the same work as well. Has a dash am installed. Tech or whoever hopped in, didn't let the car warm up, immediately aggressive with the throttle and puts it into manual mode, after not coming to a stop to shift out of reverse (horrible for torque converter automatics), and immediately revs the **** out of it leaving the shop in first gear. The tech then finds the dashcam and turns it off, clearly planning to beat on the car even more. Don't take your car here unless you want to be lied to and have your stuff beat on.

Review update - rating reduced to 2 stars. Jonathan was the customer service representative that provided the original service on my BMW brakes. Although the job was completed on time and I paid exactly what they quoted me, it was when I had to return and report a specific issue is when I started to lose confidence in Simply Euro and now have negative feedback to provide. After just a few months, a loud squeak started on the front brakes. I returned to report this issue to Simply Euro and they blew me off saying it was just brake pad break-in. They refused to conduct an inspection of the brakes and told me to give it time. Several months have passed and the front brakes are still squeaking. I am not at all happy regarding the lack of concern or care Jonathan provided me. I will try one more time to get them to inspect and fix the issue.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I came across this shop last month by checking out reviews from TireWorld @ the North Academy location & I am so happy that I did! These guys are so prompt and knowledgeable. I will not take my BMW anywhere else moving forward as I am very pleased with the timeliness of services provided and professionalism. The shop is well maintained and clean, and the gentleman are communicative. I 100% recommend for any of your European needs.

I’ve never had a better car service experience. I usually take my car to the dealership and now I regret I didn’t know about them sooner. I wish I give them a higher rating for their customer service as well. Ryan is more than accommodating and professional. Whoever you're going to, you need to forget about them because SimplyEuro is clearly the best car service shop in town!

The guys at Simply Euro are the best! I have a 2009 VW Beetle, and it needed a new charcoal canister for the fuel system. VW no longer makes this part! Don't get me started on Volkswagon. Anyway, Simply Euro worked diligently to solve this - and came up with a solution to the problem promptly. I have had two other mechanics that were unable to address this previously. The guys at Simply Euro are trustworthy and honest. I will keep going here.

From the first phone call this experience was fantastic. Ryan was so helpful and got me in same day. I took my F-Type SVR in that I had at multiple other shops look at , including PPR. Nobody could find the issue. Ryan introduced me to Caleb, their JLR master Tech. He was able to explain the issue to me and help me understand what was going on. He found my issue in a day and got me fixed and back on the road. Its nice to have an actual brand master tech at an independent shop so you don't have to deal with the dealers anymore. This is my go to shop from now on!

I brought my 2016 Mercedes E63s AMG in for a suspension diagnosis. I booked a same day appointment, and the inspection, diagnosis, and replacement of necessary parts was all completed in less than 48 hours. My concern with my vehicle was resolved 100%. Many in my community tell me not to take my cars to small shops but I greatly dislike dealing with dealerships. I took my '20 Aston Martin Vantage AMR to this shop for a repair and they were honest and knowledgeable about the diagnosis, price and what the process of the repair would be.
