I called these people and was given a window after 13:00 no show no call I texted S&k at 16:50 and got a lame excuse that one service truck broke down so it would have been a courtesy to call and let me know instead of letting me wait for almost 4 hrs if I could give you a negative 5 review I would. I would not recommend you to anybody. As a service electrician who works within a window of time slots it never hurts to at least text or call PAYING customer a courtesy to let them know you can’t make appointment or Wii be delayed.
