This is one of the few places close by that will check your tire pressure for free. So helpful. And when I needed new tires, they had what I needed in stock and could see me that day.

Went to Skip on Blossom Hill to receive service on and oil change tire rotation, and they provided excellent service and caring more about making me happy than following Groupon guidelines, which were actually flawed from the beginning… The shop on Blossom Hill provided me with a service sticker in the window that provided me with actual mileage to be serviced on the next service, Which the store on Cottle never could provide, and never would provide after asking several times to have a sticker placed in my window. They just ignored me, so I won’t be using them anymore on Cottle Rd . I’ll go to blossom Hill location, and you should too…! Cottle road Location does not provide excellent customer service, because they won’t even follow a simple Request, a very simple request a service sticker that I could follow! I have three vehicles that I have to maintain and if I don’t know when the vehicle was serviced, it’s hard to maintain…!

Ben was very professional and polite. Explained everything to me. Had a front end alignment, tire rotation and a patch for one tire. Reasonable price. Very happy with service here on Blossom Hill. They do have wifi.

I brought my car in to address a slow leak in one of the tires, but the issue was not resolved. When I returned to the shop two days later, I was asked to leave my car for an entire day once again. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to miss another day of work, which resulted in a wasted day without the problem being fixed.

Nick is the man!!! I went to Cottle location for alignment and they messed it up badly then tried telling me my car hit a pothole or got into a collision and I should take it to a collision center, I come to blossom hill location and they get the alignment correctly done. Nick was quick to process the paperwork and got the car ready within an hour or so with no additional charges!!

Depends who’s helping you and who’s in the pits working, I’ve had good honest work. I’ve also had care-free attitude and service from multiple vehicles here. As of the last 4 years, it is evidently the latter. A Subaru tribeca had a battery replacement in which the lazy serviceman dropped it in the housing without securing it with the provided clips/straps; this is significant as the terminals can disconnect in the middle of driving and cause a serious accident. A Toyota Camry that came in was worked on for all fluids. I guess this required to remove the cowling and other plastic covers, again a lazy serviceman threw everything back in with the same clips they broke during removal; they again did not secure the covers back to original condition. The company on the East coast needs to fly a rep over to check real good on what is going on with shady management who deny their own mess and have the worst attitude towards clients instead of genuinely helping and hearing them out. Be ready to hear from the BBB as I have officially filed a complaint. EDIT: I reached out to the number provided and they denied my claim and refused to replace what they broke, they even suggested I buy the parts they broke. What a joke of a shop, throwing away business from a decade long client with several vehicles. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as I don’t want anyone else going through this.

SKIP tyre - blossom him avoid going there. For simple nail in the middle of tyre they tried to pit new tyre for $1200 It is fix by AAA for $105 which also include tyre rotation I asked Avoid SKIP they are thief

They charged me $17 a quart for a full synthetic oil that Costco sells for around $3.50 a quart. I can see paying double or triple but $60 for three extra quarts of oil???? They wouldn’t honor a Groupon deal and the oil change cost me around $160, I think the Chevy dealer is cheaper. I’ll never use these guys again, they were very nice guys but they really overcharge and misrepresent their services

after 6 hours of waiting the work was not done (balancing 2 wheels) the manager was rude and unprofessional. I will not use your service anymore and do not plan to recommend it to anyone.

DONT take your vehicle here they don’t know what they are doing and their service is HORRIBLE. Had good experience at Blossom hill location before but their service has gone downhill. They mounted a brand new tire incorrectly and the tire was flat within hours. First we thought the tire must have been faulty so went back with a new tire to mount and they cancelled the verbal appointment & started screaming. Glad we went to another shop, they looked at the tire and confirmed that the tire was not faulty at all. Their neighboring shops are more economically priced as well, so save yourself some money and headache by avoiding Skips!

It’s not bad but, I went to this store as a first costumer early morning ( first come first serve), but they fixed my can after 4 costumers that they came after me and it takes mor than 2/5 hours for oil change

New tire was 10 psi under inflated. Drove over 50 miles before finding out the faulty tire due to tire rotation indicating wrong tire. The shop doesn’t appear to check their work before signing off on their work.

Their management sucks. I needed to do scooter tire, I came in office and asked: can you guys do it? They said no and that I should go to bike repair shop. I went outside and decided to ask mechanic and he started to repair, manager approached and asked do you do this for free? This cost 35$. Really? Why you didn’t tell me that in the office? The tire was fixed in a minute I paid the bill to the office instead of giving that to mechanic and regret since then!

This spot has very good pricing in comparison to other auto repair shops in the area. We were assisted by Nick on getting an alignment on my car. He quickly processed the paperwork and gave us a turnaround time of 1.5 hours. When I came back, the car was ready and I was out the door after my payment! Yay. I will definitely be back for future services.

Worst experience ever and will not suggest anyone to go there especially skips blossom hill shop. They changed the tires and the next day tyre got flat and we called them to change it. As per they said we bought the new tyres and went to the shop within 30 minutes after the call and the guy in the office asked us to come next day even though he confirmed that he will do it on the same day over the phone. And he started yelling on us and asked us to get out of the shop.

Techs are always patient and friendly, even when it's busy. Low turnover is nice so we get to work with the same technicians whenever we need tire care. Seems like a happy crew and definitely great service for the customer side.

Went in for a tire patch and they ended up leaving a deep scratch in the barrel of the wheel where they mount the machine. I went back to the shop after noticing and they told me it was normal. They only offered to help rebalance the wheel after leaving the original wheel weights dangling from the wheel
