Alex and his staff are really helpful even when I come in and ask questions about a DIY job. If they can’t squeeze me they’ll just tell me what needs to be done and what parts I need and then I do it myself. When there is something I can’t do myself (like unlocking a BMW’s Dme so it can be tuned) they get it done fast and right. Honest place and quality work. SLM is the place for all your Audi and BMW tuning needs. 👍🏾

Currently driving a 2012 Audi S4. This whole crew is quite familiar with the Audi / VW OEM and aftermarket worlds. I've yet to bring them an issue that they hadn't seen over the last 4+ years of working with this shop. They're always willing to discuss tuning and modifications if appropriate as well. Highly recommend.

These guys are honest, upfront, take pride in their work, and treat your car like it's their own. Their diagnostic inspection is the most through and detailed I've ever received from any mechanic ever. They're transparent with what they charge and don't try to sell you on anything unnecessary. I've taken my car to them twice now and have been very impressed both times. For as long as I own a VW I'll be taking it to SLM.

At this visit this shop replaced my 07 911 4s plugs and coils and also the cam positioning sensor was replaced. Alex as always was attentive to my needs. He inspected my car throughly and presented me an estimate with an email , and after I had reviewed and approved the suggested replacements and repairs , He detailed what had to be done at this visit and what services would be needed later with the dates . he Scheduled me in and completed the approved work order within a few days . I received my car all clean and detailed in and out . Thank you Alex and the crew. I’ll be back !

I got my 2015 audi s3 tuned there and i love it. Their internet and phones were down but they were still very nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

My go to mechanic originally referred me to SLM Auto Care for some advanced repair work on my BMW. SLM diagnosed, gave me a bid and did the repairs quickly and professionally. Without any extra pressure sales techniques! I will definitely use them again!

Found this shop when searching for a place to do some upgrades to my BMW M4, after some conversation, I knew this was a shop I could trust with my dream car. They proved me right, everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable, especially Alex. He answered all my questions and was very patient and helpful with my decisions. I took my 2012 Audi A6 to SLM for a water pump servicing and decided to have some upgrades done at the same time. Alex and Jeff at SLM are very knowledgeable and fair. They will give you a detailed explanation of what's going on with your vehicle and why it should be serviced. I tell everyone how extremely happy I am with the work that they have done. If you are looking for knowledgeable and fair servicing, SLM is the place to go!

I used to recommend these guys but the last time I was there I had a bad experience. I will never be back. Long story short, my car left their shop with damage it didn't have when I dropped it off. I am not saying the damage was their fault, and I understand things can happen. It was the way they handled the situation that did it for me. I am not going to write a super long story here with all the details, but I was really disappointed by their response when I pointed out the issue. They did not attempt to work with me at all to resolve the problem. They have a lot of great technicians that are very competent, but I won't be back.

I think SLM Auto Care is one of the most fair and knowledgeable businesses I've ever used to work on any of my vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone that is need their services. The prices are very reasonable and much lower than several of their competitors. The staff is very friendly and again very knowledgeable.

Very happy with the service, cost, and friendliness of staff!! Have found my new auto shop! Repairs were much cheaper than that of another shop in Omaha also. Staff was clear and communicative on what was needed with detailed quotes including pictures. They even did a carfax report to get the full picture of the vehicle. No problems since repairs. Highly recommend!! Hard to find a good auto repair shop that you can trust but they are it!
