Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Explained the issues in detail with pictures and told me the solutions. Gave me a time frame for the repairs and was done a day earlier than promised. Would highly recommend Sloan’s.

Honest, knowledgeable, highly skilled mechanics. Solved my electrical issue quickly and for a fair price. I am so happy with them that I will be back with any future automotive needs. The customer service was excellent. They actually heard exactly what I needed and did it. They didn’t try to sell me on anything. I told them I needed to have my car back same day and they delivered. The even gave me a ride to a near by Starbucks, so I could continue to work. Great work. Will definitely be coming back here. I’ve been going to dealership for a long time but after this encounter, this is the only place I will come to.

I love Sloans! The service is top notch and they treat you like family! I would recommend them to everyone. They are very thorough and provide an amazing report that lists everything that is good, things to and anything to at needs attention immediately.. Then they talk you through the report and answer all questions. They make sure you are 100% satisfied. If you need a thorough report in your cars health- I highly recommend them.

There isn't enough amazing things I can say about this business and group of people! 100% the best in Orlando and I have a story to tell anyone looking as to why! After our most recent hurricane, I ran over debris. I contacted State Farm and filed a claim, the damage was to the bottom of my vehicle. I was instructed to use a State Farm Select service location and that was a disaster, they all basically said they didn't do mechanical and would have to contract out. I was told I could use any shop willing to do the work and I called the first place that was open and near and it was Sloan's. My original claim to State Farm was that water from the front of the car started leaking out and gas was leaking from the back. They discovered that my Fuel Tank was cracked and my water pump was now leaking. Mind you, this both started at the same time. Insurance sent someone over and he was in and out, never had an in-depth of what actually happened. State Farm heard that from me and the shop so they sent the same person out again, he was instructed to take pictures from the bottom of the vehicle and refused to wait and left. The inspector said that it was wear and tear. Later I also found out that the inspector said his notes and the shops notes were identical after talking and that was a lie. This was a back and forth of over a month and they took my rental away after 2 weeks. Through this entire situation, Sloan's and in specific, Joe, David, and Bernie, could have washed their hands clean but they fought for me and made me feel like I mattered while my insurance company would apologize but not own their mistake. I have been in leadership for over 20 years and there are employee's who will just do what is the easiest for themselves and there are the few who treat you as one of their own and that's how I felt with Sloan's! I didn't ask for a hurricane to happen and my car to get damaged and I thought I was doing right by State Farm and taking it to an honest place and in return I got treated terribly by my own insurance company. The only good thing to come from this was working with Joe, David, and Bernie, I will be a customer for life. There is customer service and there is Sloan's, I promise they are fantastic.

Bernie and his crew went above and beyond for my mom and her beloved car. They were honest about what issues were imperative to repair right away and what could be held off on. They even offered to pick her up when the car was done. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and will keep coming back!

On a week when everything is going wrong having a repair shop that actually tries to help and support is such a blessing. They were honest, efficient and very skilled at what they do. My car had what I thought was alternator issues this wonderful repair facility found the actual problem and got me back in my car in a timely manner. I have to work multiple jobs to make things work so to be afraid to be without my car before the holidays and a planned trip to see family was scary. They really came to my rescue and I plan to return for my other auto car needs. 10/10 I don't usually take time for reviews but they are worth the time!

As always great service and Friendly associates. Not only when you get an Oil change you get a full check up that makes sure everything is running how it’s supposed to. If you want your vehicle to last you have to have it serviced and Having Sloan Auto do that keeps you safe and on the road Thank you Bernie &Johnny everyone at the shop. It was my first time working with them and these are the people you want to trust and do business with. I came to them for a second opinion after I went to the dealership. I saved over $500 and they fixed my car the SAME day. W at my Dealership was going to have to wait 7 days for the parts to come in. I truly had a great experience with them and I know that, it must have been my day for the stars to align like this kind of same day service. They really do care and you can tell it over the phone and in person. Highly recommend to give them a try!

The customer service was awesome and Joe was very friendly even when he had to deliver bad news about my repair. The mechanic was able to repair my issue and I am grateful. The service was awesome and for the few reps I had the privilege of greeting they were all friendly. I feel that my car was in the best care and I shall return for my car service needs. Warning lights came on the day before a hurricane was due to hit. Made an appointment for later in the week but Joe called and said they could get it in that day. Couldn’t leave my classroom but they said no problem and went to my house,picked it up, and took it in to fix it. Done by the end of the day and offered to bring it home too. Great service again. I’ll be back.

I was very impressed with the service at Sloans Automotive this week. I work 3rd shift and had a first appointment. I had the oil and filter replaced and rear differential service. Sloan’s is unequivocally the best! Everyone I’ve dealt with has been courteous and accommodating, and the mechanics and service people are knowledgeable and professional. Their service bays are clean and organized. They have offered the use of a loaner vehicle on more than one occasion. Additionally, they are good neighbors, delivering sandbags to nearby customers during a recent hurricane. Five star, indeed!
