I've had a long-standing relationship with Sloan's Automotive, and I owe it to my American father, Norman Flagg, for introducing me to this gem of a shop—something I'm incredibly grateful for. Before finding Sloan's, I bounced around several repair shops in Orlando, but there was always some kind of issue, whether it was questionable work or feeling like I was being upsold. Finding a place with both skill and honesty isn't easy, but Sloan's has both in spades. I trust them 100%—they’ve never once tried to nickel and dime me. Anytime I’ve called, they’ve squeezed me in quickly, which is a lifesaver. Even after moving to the Lee Vista area, I still gladly make the 25-minute drive to Sloan's. It’s absolutely worth it for service you can trust. Just a couple of days ago, I had another great experience with Sloan's Automotive. I gave them a call, and David managed to squeeze me in within the hour—absolutely amazing! As always, the work was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and professional. It’s this kind of consistent, quality service that keeps me coming back. I’ll definitely keep recommending Sloan’s to my friends!

Apparently threatening your car with the mechanic is all it takes. 🥴had an issue with putting gas in my car and whatever the guys did they fixed it. They saw a few other things I needed we agreed and got them fixed. So far so good I like dealing with these guys and they are all very nice.

Clean shop. Good honest service. Found out AC not working was due to an mis idle due to mass airflow sensor. Alls good. Will take back to them for AC recharge if need be in summer.

When my son was getting ready to leave for UCF, I researched a lot of business and services he could depend on to get work done once he got to the Orlando area. Car repair being one of the most important, I was extra careful when I made that selection. Well, the day came when my son's car was at the student parking lot and it wouldn't crank. I called Sloan, spoke to Will and within a few minutes of conversation, I knew I'd made the right choice. They dispatched a driver, got the car started, I drove it to the shop and they had me fixed and ready to go in less than an hour after arriving at the shop. A friend had recommended Sloans when we came back to Orlando. They are very courteous and honest. They noticed a problem with my car and I was able to get it fixed with the dealership because we had a warranty. I’m just Grateful we have place to bring our cars and don’t feel were being taken advantage of.

My a/c evaporator was leaking, which is a very labor intensive job. Johnny was my service advisor, and he was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He set me up in a rental, while the work was being performed. Jeff was my auto technician, who did an outstanding job. He even came in to show me the faulty part. This place offers excellent customer service and high quality work. I highly recommend.
