I came into this shop after buying an oil change coupon off Groupon to use there. I was a little skeptical at first but decided I would give them a chance. While working on my car, one of the workers came up to me to inform me my brake pads were "a week or less away from being shot, and if I did not have them changed, I could cause serious damage to my car". He took them off and brought them to me to show me. I was in a tight spot for money and explain my situation, and how I wanted to see if I could find a better price somewhere else. They helped me find another groupon which ended up saving me more than 50 dollars, and I decided to go ahead with fixing the brakes. I am so glad I did, because my car runs much better now. I highly recommend checking these guys out. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and willing to work with anyone.

On 8/2/24 my daughter's car broke down near this establishment. She then took the car to them who after supposedly evaluating the situation told her she needed a new water pump. They also recommended that she get a new thermostat and coolant sensor to keep the engine from over heating. They then charged her about $300 for the pump which was reasonable but a whopping near 4 hours of labor which was excessive for an experienced mechanic. After paying $790 she gets the car back and drives it for one day before she again starts experiencing the same problems as before and has to have the car towed back to S&M who surprisingly tells her it was a new problem unrelated to what they initially diagnosed. According to Mike who I spoke to on the phone an unrelated hose had burst and caused the engine to overheat and now she needs a new engine, but Mike I thought the sensor that you sold her was suppose to keep that from happening. So in essence we paid this establishment almost $800 and the car is now in worse condition than when they got it. Had to have the car towed from this establishment. Not buying that conveniently another problem just happen to pop up after their repair. Either they did not do the work they said they did or they completely misdiagnosed the problem. Does this make sense to you. With all the other repair shops I would stay away from this one. Wish we had.

I was very pleased with the service they provided when I took my car. They take great care of my car and they really get their money's worth. I recommend this place to you. I'm glad to know this auto , I would especially thank Tito's efforts

Referred by another shop - they were fast, friendly, and exactly on price estimate, which was ~$100-300 less than other local shops. Glad I brought my Subaru here! Will definitely return for future service.

Fast and Efficient service,everyone is polite,does a full inspection of your vehicle and let's you know everything that is wrong with it whether they fix it or not,also has a full garage with multiple qualified mechanics,has a very nice waiting room for customers with T.V. and WIFI,and a large restroom for customers and employees,Best thing that's happened to my car since I bought it was bring it to this shop,and Kudos to the Owner,AmJad,makes sure that his customers are satisfied and informative on all accounts regarding your vehicle,really great guy!!!!!!

These guys are simply awesome hats off to an extremely professional, honest and fast paced team. Tito and his team literally found out the source of the problem in 5 mins and had me out of the garage in 30 mins after doing a full check up and oil change on my car. I cannot begin to emphasize on what a wonderful establishment this place is 👌🙏🏻

Fraud!! I was charged for work that wasn’t completed. When I brought this up to him he make up b.s lies. Even his employee agreed that the work wasn’t complete!

The owner was very hospitable, I came with many problems in my car and he fixed everything perfectly and he even gave me good price for overall repair, I left my car and couple of hours later everything was done perfectly. Thank you

I went to fore dealer they told me my car need engine and they gave me a price more than the price of the car. I called Mid City complete auto and this is going to be my forever shop. They got the same engine from the dealer and change it for me with half of the dealer labor. I took it to dealer after and I asked the tech there he told me the job was done perfect. Thank you mid city Looks like a family business they take care of customer really good with respect. My car done in 3 days. Thank you thank you

Highly recommend. Best auto shop experience in the area. I took my car in earlier for some mechanical issues and was given the best prices and least repair time out of all other shops in the area. The level of professionalism is incredible. My car came back earlier than expected and didn’t have any other issues with it. Also recommended to my friend who had just gotten into an accident and they his car came back better than before haha. Super super helpful crew and can’t recommend enough. Ask for Ramy, he was always going the extra mile to help us out especially with such an expensive car.
