It was the night before thanksgiving, right before closing time, and they still took me in. Not only did they change my oil, they filled up all the fluids (I did not know they were low, and the previous place i was going to did not provide that service). The customer service was great, the cost was right on point, and I really appreciate the help. Thank you!

Came in for a routine oil change when they spotted a long overdue service that needed to be implemented immediately. After a quick agreement, they went out and grabbed the parts and installed them along with finishing the oil change. Was willing to stay after hours just to fix up my car appropriately. Will recommend them to everyone I know!

Pésimo servicio si no quieres perder tiempo y paciencia no vayas jamás a este lugar son un desastre total y como soy latina y no se hablar inglés me querían estafar deje mi carro el domingo con ellos luego fui el lunes a recogerlo dijieron que estaba listo y era mentira me querían robar de suerte que mi esposo revisó y vio que no estaba listo .

Very happy! Replaced my alternator the day I called and he even stayed a little late because it's Sunday and he said he understands people often have work the next day. He waited 5 minutes after he was gonna leave too so I could make it over to pick it up which ended up being just after 8. They close at 6 according to Google. They also honored a price match with another local shop so they could get my business today which saved me from having to take time off work tomorrow to take it to the other shop. He also topped my oil off for me at no extra cost. Thanks for the speedy help and convenience! I'll hit these guys up again when I have an issue.

30 minutes outside of Sacramento our Audi Q7 broke down while we were headed from Salt Lake City to roadtrip in California. Our car broke down on a Sunday and Smart Auto was the only place not only open, but able to work on Audis. We showed up (obviously looking from out of town and out of place) knowing not a thing about cars, and incredibly nervous to leave our car with complete strangers, but really had no choice. Within 24 hours, they had not only diagnosed, but fixed our car and got it on the road. They did not overcharge and really saved our behind. If ever there was a situation where a mechanic could swindle a customer, we would be perfect targets, yet they were so accommodating and friendly. We walked away the next day back on the road and I’m currently almost to my next destination! Thank you to these guys. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone. I wish there were more honest mechanics everywhere!

I don't know where to start. When arrived the office was empty. I had to get the mechanic attention from the shop. Once the mechanic quoted me, he then said that for service 1, it would be 20 minutes, and service 2 would be 15 mins. I figured hey, let's go to Target, which is near, and by the time we are back, it's all set. 40 minutes later we arrive and there's multiple cars awaiting to be service and we decide to wait in office. As we are waiting, a family shows up with a van needing some repairs as well. The mechanic stops my car and helps the guy with the family van. I came out, and the mechanic told me I had almost done wait inside. Meanwhile, there are multiple men just lounging in the repair garage. I had no clue who works here or what. Then, as I step away from the working area, I can see the guy with the family van helping the mechanic fix my car. Then I was more confused because why is this random person that doesn't work here fixing my car when he's here to fix his van. 2 hours later, the car is ready. As he's finishing up everything, he says your coolant is empty. Which is odd because I was at Jiffy Lube yesterday, and it was full. So I had no choice but to add coolant, and at this point, I was ready to leave.

Very expensive service, I waited for the technician for an hour, and the car was on a lift, he inspected the oil leak within 10 minutes, said it was some kind of gasket and took $50

Great prices and great service. Was $250 three year warranty battery, for battery, installation, and programming. The person I talked to wasn’t there when I arrived since he was at a doctors appointment but I pulled my car in and his other employees prepped my battery for removal. He pulled up as soon as they got the battery out. I was there for maybe 10-15 minutes max once the service started. Friendly and nice people, would definitely recommend.
