I went there because they had better prices for patching than a near by tire place. I went again for plugging another tire, but I skipped it because they charge twice as much as the other place near by, so I went to the other place.

Be careful when coming here for tires. I came today to replace a tire. Was told used tires are $50, waited over 20 minutes for them to put on one tire (apparently they get tires from another shop). I’ve always had my tires changed in front of me, so it was weird for me to wait inside. After one tire was changed they then proceed to show me another tire “that was worse than the first” Looking back I’m sure they switched out a good tire for a random bald tire just to get another $50 out of me. On top of paying an extra $10 for taxes. Wouldn’t recommend this place…

This business is super unprofessional and don't take into consideration their customer loyalty. If I could rate this business any lower I would. Prices are high and they don't put the customers first. I would never recommend this business to anyone I know. I will never go back.

I went to this place based on recommendation of a Google member and he was absolutely correct!! The most amazing customer service I have ever had!! I went for a flat tire that no one else could be fixed and they did fix it!! I wound up doing my wheel alignment because they were so TRUTHFUL and amazing skills!!! Please, stop by and tell them Tony the Journalist sent you! Increible servicio!! Fui porque lei la recomendacion de un miembro de Google para arreglar mi goma porque nadie me la queria arreglar y Aqui inmediatamente me arreglaron mi goma!!! Exelente servicio, barato y rapido! Termine alineando las gomas porque me encanto el trato y servicio! Por favor, visitenlo cuando tengan problema en su carro y diganle que el oerdiodista de Norte Carolina los mando!!!!

Super fast service… Chihuahua el flaco found the issue with my tire and even pointed it out. He replaced my tire and had me in and out in 10 minutes. I was so impressed! Thank you smart city tires!!!

The worse place ever to change your tires they are expensive on top of that scam you and give used tires that will flat your tires again and when you go back to get your money back they don’t want to very rude the owner very unprofessional

Lugar muy bueno para hacer cosas simples: cambios de aceite, light bulb out, gomas etc, no mas. Lleve un carro aleman, jamas encontraron lo q tenia, me cobraron 150 dolares por algo q no era, el mecanico q me atendio con muy mal caracter, incompetente e informal. La recepcionista muy amable y servicial.

I was not going to give them even one star, due to the very unprofessional service and a staff with very little technical preparation and zero care in customer satisfaction, but if I did not give it a star it would not let me post my review. Also the price is excessive in relation to the quality of the horrible service they provide. My first time and my last, I have never felt so badly served as a customer. I do not recommend it to anyone, otherwise stay away from this place.

Today I went to fix a flat tire. I had an excellent and fast service. I highly recommend this tire shop for your tire needs. In less than 20 minutes, I had my problem solved. Everyone treated me with respect and was very polite. I am definitely coming back and recommending it to my friends and family.

I called/went to several tire places and they didn’t have the size I needed. This place did have the one I needed. Good service and a good price. I will come back here whenever I need service. I recommend you come get service here. Yo llame y fui a varios lugares de llantas y no tenían el tamaño que necesitaba. Este lugar SI tenía la que yo necesitaba. Me dieron un buen servicio y a un buen precio. Yo volvería acá cuando necesito otro servicio. Recomiendo que vengan a este lugar.

Went into plug a tire and they never did the job three days later i get tire low pressure light on the same tire i go to check and see the same screw in the same spot smh i know should of check that day if they did the job but i was inside seeing their prices on runflats tires that are overly price so ran out there when they told me the job is done, I highly recommend not going here.
