I have tried using this service on two separate occasions. In March, I reached out to the company during normal Business hours and left a voicemail and also contacted by Google chat. I was completely ignored for both. Looking past it, today I had the opportunity to need another of the same service. I tried to provide a second chance to this closer more convienance option… only to be told they’re booked out for months. Likely not worth advertising a company if you’re not willing to service someone until 2+ months out from the date of request; especially if they tried months ago and you never got back.

6-months in and still VERY HAPPY! Smart PDR in Jacksonville is a one-of-a-kind, family-owned shop. The managing owner, Art was quick to provide a reasonable and fair quote (about one-third the price of the dealer recommended shops). Being an owner of high-end vehicles, I usually do not opt for the least expensive option. However, after seeing his work and putting a little extra trust in the outcome, I have been pleasantly surprised with all their work. My issues started with a delivery of a new MB Sprinter that completely missed quality control at the customizing shop. It had swirl marks and some rather large dents along the sides of the raised roof. A ceramic coating was also recommended by the dealer, their body shop and by Smart PDR so I added that too. They guys at Smart PDR worked tirelessly for over a week to fix and protect my Sprinter. They also didn’t think twice about reworking a few areas of the ceramic coating that overlapped during the initial application. The amazing ceramic coating makes everything easier when it comes to keeping the black paint clean. To me, they were extremely fair and upstanding which speaks volumes to their character. After this experience I had them ceramic coat my wife’s new Escalade too. This review comes six months after the initial work, and I am still very happy with everything! Thank you Smart PDR!

I brought my ram 1500 from Texas to Florida it had hail damage. I got the pleasure to meet Art and Julia, this was the most pleasurable experience I had with the team. They assisted me from start to finish. It started from me stepping into the business letting me know the process, driving me to get rental and staying there until I was in the rental car. I got my truck looking brand new with no hail damage the time they told me it would be ready. Thank you so much smart person for being professional, friendly, and honest especially with my insurance. You guys rock.

Amazing experience here with Art. He’s a great guy and he’s great at what he does. He was the first result in Google for me and answered the phone right away when I called. He got me in and out in a timely matter for an amazing price. Friendliness and price is one thing... but his ability to fix dents and dings is also spot on. Wow! 🤩 great job Art. I had 2 quotes done back on 6/28/21. One was at another competitor's location on Atlantic. Price seem fair and reasonable. I decided to stop by Smart PDR and despite the light sprinkle that day, Art was able to thoroughly look at the one major dent (pictured) and gave me a very good deal. Not only was the price reasonable, he also included other small dings on the right side and 2 more on my left side. He was able to fit me in same week on Friday if I decided to go with him. I took that chance because he was available and the fact that the reviews for his company were all 5 stars. He also assured me I won't pay unless I'm completely satisfied. I dropped off my car Friday morning and my 3:30 it was done. The dent that were there are all gone. Now my car look brand new. I will be doing business with Art and Smart PDR again along with my friends that I've referred his company to. Will be seeing you again Art. Thank you.

Sister hit my car backing out of the driveway leaving a few nasty dents on the quarter panel. Smart PDR did an absolutely fantastic job making it look like nothing happened, and they did it for half the price of nearby competitors! Staff were all kind, honest, and knowledgeable. So to start off this long story, I got hit on memorial day weekend. So that's a whole month of not getting the car repaired. I got quoted from body shops that it'll be between $800-900 not including the taillight replacement so the guesstimate will be $1000+ Fast forward to last weekend, my brother had found SPDR through Google search and had an appointment with Art to get his dents removed. He had multiples. So we go drop it off at 10am and was ready at 3:30pm. I was amazed at how well Art and his other worker did their job on removing the dents off my brother's vehicle. So I decided to ask him to take a look at my damage and see if he's able to do mines. Fast forward another week and my man Art did wonders on this! It looked like it wasn't even hit. Granted there's small imperfections here and there which he told me ahead of time that he won't get it back to 100% but at least 80% because my car was old school and the metal that Toyota used on these vehicles were thick and heavy. It's more like he got it to 95% and I am totally fine with. So if you're looking for repairs on dent removals, paint correction or ceramic coating added, Art is your guy! You will be greeted with a friendly smile, will make you feel comfortable and share his knowledge on how he will tackle the problem. Although he's been here in Jax for 2yrs, he's been in the car business for 20+ yrs. And his work shows it! Definitely will be recommending his business to friends and family. And the price!
