Excelente servicio, el personal súper amable y profesional. El trabajo fue más rápido de lo que esperaba y el precio muy razonable. Realmente fueron más allá de mis expectativas. Ahora mi carro rueda como nuevo. Recomiendo este lugar a todo el que necesite un trabajo de mecánica. Estoy muy complacido y volveré con ellos con seguridad.

Took my 2007 Mercury to them for a brake job and what I thought was a leaking thermostat housing gasket. It turned out that was a bigger problem than just a leaking gasket. They had to replace the intake system. When all the work was completed, and the car was driven on the interstate at seed it would start to over overheat at high speed but at low speed the temperature was normal. Returned the car to them the next day and when they finally found the problem it was a bad thermostat that provided in the intake kit from the parts house. The thermostat was a manufacture defective part. Theyn replaced the thermostat ad double checked to make the problem was fixed. They did not return the car to me till they were satisfied that the problem fixed. This a quality repair shop that has customer skills, great employees and works hard to fix the problem and make sure your satisfied. If you are looking for a auto repair shop, I highly recommend Street Tire on University Blvd.

I spent $800 over there for them to tell me that my truck doesn’t work anymore. This place I took EVERY VEHICLE I OWNED to and had VALUABLE service up to today. This place RIPPED ME OFF. It never used to rip me off and TODAY it did. I will never come this place again. You hear me?’ NEVER!

Five stars, without a doubt. I went in yesterday for an oil change after leaving work late. They informed me immediately after the oil change that my brakes needed to be repaired. Due to my tight schedule, I asked the technician if I could have it serviced today, despite the fact that they recommended that I come back the next day or in a week. Usually smart tire shops close at 5:30p.m., which had already passed, but the mechanic stayed late to repair my brakes. In addition, four months ago, my vehicle overheated. I took it to another mechanic, who informed me that my car had been totaled and that I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I even handed them $800 to start the car because it had stopped working, and the manager told me I had to pay the amount to get it started, but the condition deteriorated while I was driving. Nonetheless, I decided to seek a second opinion with Smart Tire. They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. I've been driving my car for a while now,and it's running fine. Please get your car repaired here. And everyone is really friendly.

Called ahead as I knew a tire was needed, and possibly another. Upon early morning arrival, I checked in and waited for them to assess the tires. In just a few minutes, I was told there was another tire that needed attention. It was the one I expected might be needing to be changed out! Upon my approval, they proceeded to change both tires after a short wait. Very satisfied with the tires and the service, plus was given a discount on the 2nd tire.

I have used Smart Tire for the past 7 years. My boyfriend was so impressed, he began getting his vehicle's serviced there as well. They've always been reasonable, honest, and perform outstanding repairs. We change our oil here on both vehicles when required. I highly recommend them.

Very honest people. I went in to try and get my inner tie rod changed because my steering wheel was vibrating at high speeds. They inspected my tie rods and said that nothing was wrong with them and that the problem was most likely my wheel balance. They balanced my wheels and the problem was fixed. They could’ve easily changed my tie rod and taken my money, but they were honest and I will definitely be coming back because there aren’t too many honest shops in Jacksonville.

Family owned. Mechanics are family too, so you do the thinking. Great auto care facility. Never overcharged me. Always took care of my maintenance and gave me the best advice, as well as the best prices compared to other competitors. You can’t go wrong taking your car to Smart Tire. I absolutely recommend 1000%. Btw the place is renovated!

Just left from Smart Tires and had the best experience here the whole staff did a great job from the guys in the front office to the guys working on my car……they do amazing work I have a 04 Galant but it feel like I’m driving a 2022 Galant. “Thanks fellas”, I’ll see saw next.
