Expensive, $300 for interior/exterior for amateur work and mistakes. Cash only, no cards, and no refunds. 1 star mainly because Most areas of interior were not touched at all. Eric states, after reviewing pictures sent the day after picking my car up, that his employee must have missed those parts. In all fairness, he did offer to make it right if I came by the shop, but I don't have the time to drive back to his shop, busy, and 1 hour away. If you take the risk, my advice is to take your time with your phone light and look over everything before you pay. Additionally, if you care a lot about your car, go somewhere else.

Eric was great to deal with. Very professional and friendly. I had a small window of time and he was able to fit me in. He did an excellent job on the interior detailing that was needed. It was a bit expensive but he did such a great job it was worth it. The cloth seats took a little long to dry because of the humidity. I wasn’t expecting that but it all worked out fine.

I got a very nasty issue of berry stains getting cooked by the sun on the bonnet and the car and it just wouldn’t go! Erik did a fantastic job and was able to everything in record time! It’s worth it!:)

So glad I chose this place! The customer service is amazing! I was talked through the whole process, and felt really confident about it. The second I picked up my car I was blown away. Such a night and day difference! I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice detailing!

I found Smiles Auto Works online. At first i was skeptical after hearing the price but now that i seen his work it was worth every penny. Not only was the communication great the work was extraordinary. When i found him i gave him a call asking for a quote. he gave me an estimate but told me it would be hard to give an exact price without seeing how much needs to be done. Knowing that i asked if i could go by his shop and get an exact quote. he took the time to feel the paint, point out the swirls, check the interior for all stains and more. He gave me a quote including sales tax told me what he could do and what he was unsure about. The day of i called him in the morning to let him know i was on my way. He answered and told me that’s alright. when i arrived he walked me through everything one last time and reminded me of the price. I got a two step paint correction and an interior detail. Everything was done to perfection. The stains in the cloth were able to come out. the paints finish was smooth again better than factory. It did rain when i went to pick it up but he told me if i seen any issues i could come back the next day and he’ll take care of it free of charge. Next day i examined the car carefully and seen no issues. One word i could use to describe it would be flawless. He was able to get all the swirls out of the paint and coat it. The reflection was out of this world. I couldn’t thank him enough. I’ve been to many other detailers and they don’t even come close. If your looking for someone else your looking to be disappointed go to smiles if you want the best of the best.

I was recommended by a friend to come to smiles auto works. I can proudly say i was not disappointed. I went to him for an interior cleaning, having 2 kids means that car is constantly getting spills and stuff caught in between the crevices. To say Eric exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. He brought the life back into the car. The videos attached speak for themselves. The stains in all seats were removed. The floor was spot free of clay and other substances. I couldn’t thank him enough. Will definitely recommend anyone come to him as he’s true to his word and gets the job done to the best of his ability.

The worst place ever, drivers beware! I went here and left the car wash with a cracked windshield. I spoke with management and even though they admitted that it was their fault, they refused to fix it or reimburse me. They even admitted that this has happened to other cars but still refused to help.

My 2010 Camry needed major work, and I found the perfect detailer in the Trenton area in Eric. A great communicator and detailer. The car look great. Run don’t walk to get your vehicle detailed at his work.

I visited smiles auto works to get new headlights installed and my car ceramic coated. The car came out great and the customer service was excellent. Eric was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. Eric worked on my Chevy Traverse and restored the vehicle back to showroom condition. The carpets and mats were meticulously shampooed, the leather seat’s were well conditioned and polished, all of the internal woodwork and displays were also well polished. The external detail has the paint looking new, smooth and all the minor scratches buffed out. The undercarriage snd tires were all immaculately detailed to remove all salts and asphalt residue. Service was quick and seamless, Eric is a professional and I will 100% be back to do the other vehicle soon

So happy I found Eric for the detailing needs. I have been previously using someone I had to travel 30 mins too there and back. Smiles is less than 5 min from my house. I setup an appt, dropped off car, and finished same day. My CRV look amazing inside and out. He even removed about a 12" x 12" area of red paint from my left front bumper where I brushed up against a post of my daughters school. Been on car for a year. I kept saying I get to it. Definitely will be bringing all my cars here.

The car presented well when I picked up but upon inspection, many things were disappointing. Promised perfection but delivered very average detailing. All four door frames and wheel wells not cleaned. Stain on passenger seat ignored (I was able to remove stain myself with upholstery cleaner) Exterior black plastics/moldings left undressed.

i am so glad that i found smiles auto works. i brought my new mk5 supra to them to ceramic coat and protect it and ive never seen a car so glossy. i had this service preformed about a month ago and the water beading still has me shocked. i would 10/10 recommend smiles auto works to anyone looking to ceramic coat their car!
