Went to Smith's tire looking for a specific set of tires . They told me they did not have those and probably couldn't get them . The gentleman behind the desk got on the phone and called everyone in Jonesboro Arkansas I think looking for the set of tires I was requesting . Knowing that he wasn't going to make the sale he still took the time to help me find what I was looking for . You can't ask for anything more than that . I don't know his name but a tip of the hat to him for helping me . Thank you so much for taking your time when you really didn't have to . That's excellent PR and I'm glad that I stopped here first . Maybe next time I can do business here and i certainly will . So if you're in need of tires or the like I recommend you stop here first and give these guys a chance to do business with you I don't think you'll be disappointed !!

I called them at around 4 about a tire losing air on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. They said come on up. They had me fixed in no time. This was after I already took it to Sam’s and the tech there said it wasn’t repairable and I had to buy a new tire.

The location on johnson was great before frank left. Took my truck there for overheating, misfire, and ac issues after 3 days and $900 told me the truck was ready went to pick it up and still had overheating, misfire, and ac issues. Guy working on it just started guessing and putting on parts and charging me. I ordered a $75 radiator put it on myself issues gone. Sad part the whole staff watched the truck run hot and air stop working before I drove off and said idk what it could be probably gone need a radiator. Never again.

DANNY WAS WONDERFUL...THEY CHECKED ALL TIRES...My tire monitor was giving a false light! They fixed the problem...with no charge...talk about great service... timely and with a smile...and they were short handed that Day! Thank you Danny and your entire staff! I'll be back when I need tires or I have a real problem...

I have been using Smith Tire for the 11 years that I have lived in Arkansas. Always helpful and does a great job. I called last Saturday to ask if I brought my truck and left it Sunday could they repair a few things for me. I explained what I needed done. The man I talked to said he had one car ahead of mine that they are almost finished with and didn’t see a problem getting my truck fixed on Monday. I dropped it off on Sunday afternoon. I live 40 miles away. It took 50 minutes to get there. A man from Smith Tire called me Monday morning around 7:45 and we talked about what I wanted done. My daughter lives nearby and I had her drop my keys off when they opened st 7:30. I had made a list of about 5 things that needed to be done and sat it in the seat of my truck. He said ok we’ll get it done. I didn’t hear anything back from them around 4 so I called and asked them how far along they’d gotten and was told that they haven’t gotten to it because there were a lot of vehicles ahead of mine. I was told Saturday to bring it so they could have it first thing Monday morning. I had to take off of work Monday to have this done! I was told that the guy that does one of the five things on the list didn’t come to work on Monday. Well I’m thinking why didn’t any of the other things get done that were on the list, like oil changed, tires rotated, inspect brakes for wear and install a new serpentine belt and idler pulley? I even had the belt and the pulley in the seat of my truck. I had to drive another one of our vehicles another 80 miles to get my truck Monday evening. I’ll have to get it repaired closer to my place of work. I think they have so much business that they can’t handle it all Had their Stadium Dr location had not closed I would have taken it there instead. We have always used the Trumann and Stadium Dr locations. This was the first time using the Johnson Rd location. The work that I needed done was going to be $1,500-$2,000. I’m disappointed in what took place at the Johnson Rd location but not a game breaker because of the great service me and my family have received for the last 11 years. I will continue to use Smith Tire’s Trumann location for tires, oil changes and brake work however beyond that I will have to use a mechanic shop that specializes in everything else.

I take my car to Smith Tires for every oil change and of course I buy my tires there. The guys are awesome and they are honest!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Needed a tire fixed & they not only fixed my tire but also were really fast! Also the best part was the price, very affordable! Way better than Jiffy Lube, Jiffy Lube said they couldn’t fix my tire & they were going to charge me more than double from what Smith did. I will go back to Smith Tire & Auto for all my tire needs!
