The team at smooth finish is amazing. My car had some damage to the passenger door from an electric truck. A they were able to take care of it a made my door look brand new. Thank you all I will be recommending to others.

I have taken my truck to them for not only collision repairs but for mechanic work as well. The staff is always great to me. Wish i could give more than 5 stars.They are awesome, they got me in fast and got my truck done fast!!! Really, the most time that they had my truck we were waiting on the insurance company or waiting on parts. They are absolutely fantastic. My truck looked brand new when I got it back.

I haven't even had my car worked on yet but the owner was super accommodating and helped plan when they could do the work so that I would save on the rental as I don't have rental coverage. If this post is unchanged, then the repair went great too! Update: Got my truck back and it looks as good as new. Plus, it only took a little over two weeks to do $11,000 in repairs including the time to order all the parts. The owner is super nice too. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I'm so thankful for Wally and the Smooth Finish Team. Provided excellent customer service and quality work from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to ensure parts were ordered and checks were cut. I did not have to call my insurance company one time. Smooth Finish took care of all communication. They made the process extremely SMOOTH😊. Highly recommend! My car looks and runs excellent.

Smooth finish has worked on my car twice . Their attention to detail on their work is incredible. They Thrive on perfection when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. This place goes above and beyond with custom service. I was continuously updated on the progress of what was going on with my vehicle.. When the owner, Wally called me to let me know that my car was finished I told him I will pick it up as soon as I can arrange a ride. He immediately said he’d have no problem taking me to the shop to get my car. I highly recommend this place with all of your collision repair’s.

Wally is the only one I trust to do do body work on my truck. He is the only one I know who can get the clips and my bumper back on correctly. I had hit a deer two days after Christmas last year and he and his staff had worked with my insurance to get it fixed

When I was in a car wreck I called my uncle who retired as an automobile insurance adjuster he’s been working with local body shops 20+ years. He recommended Wolly and his crew at smooth finish; couldn’t be happier that he did. Felt like dealing with the insurance took longer than the repairs done to my car, other body shops would have totaled my car instead of taking on the work. Had two separate claims and they took good care of me, now I don’t have to worry about a car payment. I will be bringing my future business here.

Absolutely AMAZING repair work. They were not only timely, and delivered my vehicle when promised, but kept us updated on every step of the repair. Pricing was exactly as promised. The only surprise we saw on the bill was that it was LOWER than originally planned. I won’t ever use another auto body repair shop! Wally and Lori are now part of our “Go to” contacts. I’m telling everyone I know that if they want excellent work done at a fair and honest price, go to Smooth Finish!

I absolutely LOVE this company!! I will never use another mechanic again! Wally was so so helpful during this whole process. Our new explorer got wrecked with our babies in it and Wally took care of the whole process and made us feel at ease and better about everything! I have so many positive things that can be said about this company. They are truly honest amazing people. I can’t say enough. They got our car done in time for us to get the rental back: they worked with us. I just can’t say enough positive words. Truly an amazing place such a family company the kindest people I have ever met. I would use them again if I ever wrecked another car or had any damage. My car looks brand new.

My wife and I had an insurance claim that was over 20000 dollars. Wally dealt with the insurance company and was very informative and helpful when I called for updates (if he didn’t call first). He helped out with our deductible and went above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. He treated my wife and I like family and took amazing care of us during this difficult time for us. He also gave us some shirts and gave our kids some caramel candies. They were great. I will never go anywhere else for anything automotive. The car looks exactly like it did at purchase. He will also use as much original (OEM) parts as possible. He honored any promises he made and relieved a lot of the stress of this repair.
