Snell Automotive did a spectacular job of placing my rotors and brakes onto my 2015 Mustang 5.0. I also requested brake caliper covers to be placed on, and they went above and beyond regarding its placement as this is not common work for them. Additionally, I was allowed to look under my vehicle to get a sense of what’s under it, so I know for future reference, and they saved me a lot of money for unnecessary repairs that weren’t needed that I thought needed to be. They referred me to Dyno Tune to retune my vehicle instead of needing to spend the unnecessary money. Sherry, at the front desk, was very personable as well as informative and kept me posted with updates and photos, which eased my mind. The mechanics are also incredibly knowledgeable, and I’ve learned so much being a woman that I will transfer to others in the future. Their main priority is safety for the customer, along with fairness, knowledge, and unbeatable prices. I will HIGHLY recommend their services because it all was a learning experience that I’ve never had from past mechanics and service desk helpers, for which I am truly grateful. Lastly, although they are a bit short-handed, the turnaround time was still wonderful compared to the two months I had to wait at Ford for a clutch repair yet they were fully staffed. Absolutely great experience at Snell. Sherry’s communication through the process was above average and worked with me to help actually save me money on my rental car I needed while my car was being repaired. I would recommend Snell to anyone in the greater Memphis area.

Highly recommend this shop I was referred to them by a smaller shop the price for diagnoist and repair were both Fair and Honest they addressed the issues quicky the shop seems to be independtly owned and operated environment was clean and productive they did not push me for other SUGESSTED SERVICES overall one of my most pleasant auto repair experiences

The Snells of Snell Automotive are incredibly honest and give realistic estimates. I made a terrible mistake and went elsewhere for my last car repair because I was quoted a lower amount, but in the end, the extra repairs in the estimate from Mrs. Snell ended up costing even more at the other place. Do yourself a favor: Even if you get a lower quote elsewhere, stick with Snell. You’ll pretty much always save money and time with them compared to anywhere else!

I know there is a virus, but to conduct your business/ intake from the parking lot is NOT good customer service. You must take "reasonable" risk, as a cost of doing business.

I’m not sure how they don’t have more reviews! My family has taken cars here a few times over the past couple of years and each time have had spectacular, honest service. I am about to move across country and they did a thorough check up on my car and have given me peace of mind about the long travel. They went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. Sherry is kind and a clear communicator who is pleasant to interact with. Definitely patronize this business!
