Jennifer and her whole staff at Snethcamp Gaylord are top notch people. I messaged Jennifer after 8 PM one night when I saw a listing for a truck I liked, this was after hours and she got back with me within five minutes. Communication and punctuality cannot be any better. I wish all dealerships operated like this. Thank you for all your time and effort you put into this sale. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They put the customer first and make sure you understand all the issues. They also give you options to meet your needs. Price is reasonable too. They are very quick to get things done and done right! Drove over 80 miles just to use their service and will be back if more service is needed on my vehicles, 2010 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel 4x4 and 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. 350k on Ram and still going thanks to Snethkamp. After 52 years of owning and working on vehicles, this is the worst repair/maintenance situation I've encountered. My 2020 RAM was sitting at the dealership for 8 weeks waiting for repairs. The correct diagnosis was completed on day 1. The remaining 8 weeks was due to waiting for the needed parts. I was not offered a loaner vehicle even though the dealership knew it would be at least 2 months before the parts would arrive. It's a good thing I retired 2 years ago, because when I was working I needed this truck to do my job on a daily basis. In defence of the dealership, they could do nothing until the part arrived. The needed part was the MGU for a 5.7 liter Hemi engine on my truck. Chrysler Corp. knows they have a real problem with MGU's failing on the ETourque engines. Yet they have not issued a recall on them, nor offered a full warranty for the repairs. This is the 3rd RAM truck I have bought. After the way a loyal Chrysler customer was treated, I doubt I'll buy another one. Again in defence of the dealership, they did what they could to expedite the shipment of the needed MGU. And once it did arrive they installed it the same day. However, based on the disaster that this situation was, it would have been nice to get a complementary oil change, a full tank of gas and delivery of my truck to my house (I had to get a ride 50 miles to the dealership). Good customer service should not just be a slogan.

Took my truck to them cause I was having a weird problem with my heater. They were able to find it and fix it. Very good with communication and finding the needle in the haystack problem. Definitely going to bring my truck here for any repairs I need. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Came in for an oil change. Service was prompt and Matthew got me in and out PDQ. He checked everything and filled all fluids and checked my air filter which was dirty so he installed a new one.

Their habit of checking things twice is what led to finding something that wasn't there the night before. Ordered parts got it fixed honest about the tally couldn't say more good things about him hopefully I won't be back but if something does go wrong that's where I'm taking my truck

I bought my vehicle (2025 Dodge 1500) brand new from this location and also purchased the extended warranty. I have not had a good experience at all. My vehicle wouldn’t start yesterday. I contacted the dealership and they told me to contact my warranty provider to have it towed. I did as requested. Yesterday I called to get an update on my vehicle and I was told that all the service technicians were gone for the day. I called today to check the status of my vehicle. The young lady who answered the phone wasn’t nice at all. She told me they hadn’t even looked at my truck and wouldn’t until next week. I asked why was there a delay… she stated that I didn’t have an appointment. Given the fact that I purchased my truck from them doesn’t mean anything and they couldn’t care less that I’m without a vehicle.
