I have a 2021 Chevy 3500 dually,bought it new,has always had front end issues that Chevrolet dealer could not diagnose or repair,had SoCo inspect front suspension and gave me a estimate along with diagnostic report,let them repair as they suggested,my truck now drives better than new,these guy rock,no one else will work on my truck but them,Thank you for the great service

Best shop in town for any suspension work. They work with me every time and they take in jobs that other shops stay away from. I’ve taken in my Jeep Gladiator, S2000, Model 3, and Model X. The cars have come out perfect every time and they make sure to keep me in the loop anytime any question arises.

I'd probably only give this shop one star, but I give two, just because Brian was a nice guy and helped me find the rims and tires that I wanted for my truck, aside from that, their shop isn't committed to the schedule of doing things when they say they will, the first day I was there to get rims and tires and an alignment, showed up for my 1:30pm scheduled time, left at 4:30 because I had to go and only got my rims and tires on, no alignment, other shops would've had everything done in that time, no problem, also was only given 3 of the caps for my rims, didn't notice till I got home, don't need them for my truck, but they would've been nice to have. After that I rescheduled my alignment, dropped the truck off the night before, then I call them at 3pm that next day, they still hadn't done anything with it, then they call later with pretty much excuses for not doing the alignment and then as im waiting in there office, my girlfriend is outside, sees the tech park my truck and is yanking on the handle of my truck which i mentioned didn't work, slams my door and is cussing up a storm right in front of her and my daughter. Overall, not too happy with the service, probably some better techs that don't look like they smoke meth would help.

Josh and his crew really took care of my truck that has custom suspension. His team went above and beyond what I would’ve expected in customer service and professionalism and I can’t say thank you enough. Love this place! When we met Josh for our build meeting, he was able to quickly pinpoint the look I wanted and worked within my budget. Very expensive. If you can save money and find a honest mechanic. I take my vehicle there and they charge me over $3k for just changing axle, and ball joints. And don’t dare to tell them you will bring your own part. Because they want to use their own part which are way more expensive. Not without mentioned, that after the make the job my vehicle wasn’t well aligned. And I have to paid for more parts and labor. Advice: do more research. If you can save more money doing the work by yourself do it. Or find a responsable mechanic. Fact: business can delete their bad reviews and manipulate this to make it feel “legit”.

The GM Gary has great customer service. Long story short, I ordered a fifth wheel hitch and my trailer deal didn’t work out. Gary could have charged me a 25% restocking fee plus shipping, but he worked with me. When I’m ready I would definitely go back just for the service.

As a customer thats just beginning a project these guys are way better than any of the other shops in colorado springs! We sat down and broke down the entire overland truck build plan and SOCO's staff helped me figure out the best course of action and how I should properly tackle the complexity of my build. SOCO was highly recommended by my co-workers and their reputation has proceeded them! I'm a couple purchases away from getting this build underway and I cannot wait for the project to begin, and will leave further feedback as we get the project underway and completed!

Have had lots of work done here (suspension kit, alignment, brakes rotors, etc…) every time I come here I know the job will be done correctly and as close to perfection as you could ever wish for. If there is the slightest thing bothering you about your vehicle they will take the time to figure it all out and get back to you quickly. They are fair priced and honestly could charge more for their quality of work. Josh is a straight up honest person and is always reaching out to see how everything is after leaving the shop with your vehicle. Gary’s customer service is the best and at the end of the day ever employee here is personable and easy to get along with. Five stars and I wish I could give them more.

I am new to the area and was looking for a reputable truck shop to start getting work done to my truck. I found SoCo on google with amazing reviews. I scheduled an appointment to get my truck’s oil changed and to discuss getting some work done in the near future. The staff was nice and welcoming. After sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours I went outside to get some air and noticed my truck had yet to be taken in to get worked on. I was now approaching two hours past my scheduled appointment time. I went back inside to talk to a staff member (who had seen me come in and waiting in the wait room) and told him I would just like to have my keys as I didn’t think it would take this long just for a simple oil change. He apologized and said there was miscommunication about my truck getting worked on and that they could get it into the shop now if I wanted. I ended up leaving as all this could have been avoided if someone could have communicated with me (the lone individual in the waiting room) about the services I was there to receive for my truck. I’m sure they typically have great service and do fantastic work, but I wasted almost two hours there when all I wanted was a simple oil change. I was looking forward to having my truck updated and modified here but I will be looking elsewhere.

I have known Josh since he opened. I should have taken my daughter’s car there to begin with when I had an emergency. I was 10 days out from dropping her off at college when I noticed it was leaking fluid and she told me it was also shaking when she drove it on the highway. YIKES!! i know how busy SoCo can get so i assumed there was no way he could get me in.. I took it somewhere else, and they told me it needed a new rearend differential, new rods and all kinds of stuff that made her afraid to drive. $8,000 in work!!! i was close to buying a new car. I called Josh for a second opinion. $1700 of work was needed. He got us done in 24 hours. I should have just gone their first. Thanks SO much!!!

I love this shop! Everyone there is professional and caring about your vehicle. I ordered shocks, rear airbags, rims, tires, and some other things. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the items because of supply issues but everything was delivered as promised. The experience of sitting with Josh in his office and going over the build was great. Nothing was pushed on me. He wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When the first set of tires I ordered wouldn’t balance correctly they talked to me about other options to make sure everything was done properly. I went with another tire and I’m glad I did. They did the alignment and checked everything on the truck. Brian is another notable mention as he went above and beyond to drive me home when I dropped my truck off and kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. When I returned to get my retorques done, they did it without any delay. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make things right. Buying quality products it won’t be cheap but SoCo will work with your budget to set you up for success. They know the products they sell and warn you of the pros and cons of each product. They are not focused on up selling you unnecessary products. We stayed within my budget and I got exactly what I wanted in the end. It was determined that I didn’t need to replace my isolator mounts and instead of just doing it and charging me for it they returned the parts and saved me some money. My friend referred me to SoCo and raved about how great they are and he was right. Thanks guys for taking care of my truck so me and my family are safe while traveling down the road.

SoCo Customs went above and beyond to upgrade my truck. I drive a 2014 Tacoma with 110,000 miles and it was time to replace the front end suspension. SoCo replaced my spacer strut lift with a Rough Country loaded strut and Icon Dynamics Upper Control Arm. Shop scheduled an appointment roughly a week after putting a deposit. Parts were installed quickly and professionally. SoCo even has alignment equipment in house! Shortly after the install found an interesting creak in the UCA travel. Connects SoCo and explained the issue. SoCo offered to have me come in same day to take a look. Mechanic took a test drive and offered to remove the creak. They ended up rebuilding the UCA assembly. Problem solved. During the rework, owner walked us through the full process and checked in with me. I was really impressed. After 1,000 miles on the new parts, I could not be happier with the service and recommendation of suspension components! I can't forget to mention the nice customer waiting area with Netflix and a comfortable couch! Can't recommend this shop enough!

These guys are great. Josh, Gary, and Bryan all kept me informed and recommended the best parts to lower and put some beautiful rims on my 2018 Tahoe! Not only that but when I called to add a custom headlight and grill install they facilitated it easily. The guys at SOCO did an awesome job on install and even stayed late after they closed so I could pick up my vehicle. I will use these guys in the future for any Tahoe work and I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your custom auto needs!
