I've been looking for a factory wire harness for a car stereo that I purchased. 2 car audio stores recommended Jeff's because they did not carry the harness. One shop said that if Jeff didn't have one he could make one for me. So when I went in, one of the guys there greeted us at the counter. He took the stereo back to Jeff and asked he had a harness for it and he said no. So the dude brought it back to me and said sorry, don't have it.. He gave back the stereo and said sorry, good luck. He clearly must of been too busy and didn't offer any alternative... So I'm disappointed and still in need of this harness. Oh well, I guess I won't be using this shop..

Simply AMAZING! Solid Auto repair is a team of HONEST professionals who want you to be happy with your service. I called to set an apt to discover why my auto AC was not working. They got me in the very next day, I arrived on time, and after waiting for all of 10 mins they had discovered the problem and said they could fix it right then! Then they told me the price... I was SOOO HAPPY! Much less then other shops would have charged. They said it would take an hour, it was done in 40 mins! Folks, a good an honest mechanic is very hard to find. This is my auto team from now on. Worth the drive from Scottsdale, Glendale, or where ever. You WILL NOT find a better auto service in the Valley. Thank you so much Solid Auto Repair for such a wonderful experience!

I took my 2005 Tahoe into Solid Auto Repair for some long overdue maintenance. Narciso walked thru all of my concerns with me and then priced everything out. He inspected my truck after I left and found a couple other issues that I was unaware of. He addressed all of the critical issues and then let me prioritize the rest. Everything was repaired with factory oem parts. He even showed me all of the old parts before disposing because he wanted me to see the problem parts. I appreciated his honesty and his work is top notch. I will return
