Do your oil change yourself. I took my vehicle in to get work corrected I paid over 1500+ for. I thought so they could test the car properly, I would have the synthetic high mileage oil change completed. To my families surprise it was OVERCHARGED & OVERPRICED $63 + cc fee, and only oil no other fluids are checked (brake, antifreeze or tire pressure they are selling separately). At WALMART you receive ALL fluids checked and tires for $58. A quart of high mileage oil cost $6 dollars NOT $11 per quart which Sonesta charges and $35 for labor. I am disappointed with the quality of serviced received even after pointing out the price point difference. “TRUST” is big and this experience was miserable and disappointing.

Awesome shop ! Have great warranties on any work done and always make sure you are satisfied . Even prior to work being done they confirm that you are okay with the work to be done ! Would highly recommend if u want it done the RIGHT way !

El personal muy amable, pero muy inexperto a mi parecer, gasté casi 2k con ellos, llantas mal balanceadas me cansé de llevarlo y no quedaron. me quebraron el candado para sacar las llantas. En fin aparte de que los precios están por las nubes, le toca hacer gastos a uno después, en mi caso me tocó llevar las llantas a balancear a otro lado, 60$ y claro gastar 100$ más en los nuevos tornillos para mis llantas y el candado. En fin todos tenemos cada opinión.

Jorge and the team are extremely friendly and talented. I could not be more impressed with the work they have done. My car was hit while parked the day before I was going to sell it and I was extremely upset. I drove around for an entire day getting quotes and visited a total of 11 body shops including Sonesta. Jorge gave me an amazing price and they did not disappoint. Not only were they quick but they did amazing body work and earned a customer for life. If you’re having doubts, you shouldn’t. I’ve already went to the other body shops for you and this is the one. They are very professional and can be trusted with work of any kind. Thank you Jorge and the team!

I went to get my car inspected because my usual place couldn’t do the inspection that day. I’ll be coming back here from now on. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and personable. The facility waiting area was small but clean and the office manager was actively cleaning up while I was there. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and even parked my car so that I could pull out quickly. I’ll be back next year!
