Went and got me a tire and when I left I had to come all the way back and get my lug nut because it was not put back on! Then just to have the tire for 2 weeks and it blow out on me because it was so bald! I called them to let them know and the guy was rude and said he could not do anything to help!! I do not recommend this tire place!

Google showed them to be open called several times before anyone answered the phone got there did see anyone and the door was locked smh.

If I could give no stars I could. My wife waited 3hrs at sage Meadows for a damn tire change. Dude in the phone hung up on us and the roadside assistance people. Real peice of work. No wonder you on the north side of town. Crappy customer service and wouldn't even tow. Just complained about the pay. Simply PATHETIC!!

No this dude did not tell me air is $5 gas station $1 discount tire free so if you overcharge for air i can only imagine your service level. 2 thumbs way down clowns

Only cares about the money not you as a person and he proved that in his reply to my husbands review about me waiting 3 hours for a tire change that was supposed to turn into a tow. So glad I didn't use this company.. Cant spell worth crap and the driver I got complained to a CUSTOMER about my roadside assistance company only paying him $30 for a tire change. If that wasn't enough for you THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT IT and leave me waiting??? The customer can't help what the company is paying you, for great service I would have given a awesome tip. I work in the service industry I know what tips mean to people.. But no you had to hang up on me and my road side company. My 5 star service goes to ALL the people that stopped to try to help and in the end helped me on the side of the road. If I could give 0 stars I would

They can't keep up with the waste tire intake. They only accept them from 9-3 Monday thru Thursday. Every time we try and dispose of a large amount we are either told we can't bring another load or we simply can't leave what we have due to nowhere to put them. We were turned away today with 220 tires loaded and another couple hundred left to get. They are in over their heads on this deal and it's causing a real problem for the city of Jonesboro and all the businesses that need tire removal frequently. If something isn't done fast it will cause businesses to be fined and possibly even shut down due to state implementing new laws for excess waste tires on properties. It's been nothing but a headache trying to deal with them.

called for a tire to be fixed at 8:50 PM. They finished the tire after 1 AM.! Not only did the driver bring the wrong size tire he also brought a messed up valve him and then he ran out of gas in his generator and had the audacity to ask me to go get gas for his generator and then finally came back later. I called the owners to complain and they told me that if I didn’t like the service that they could leave me stranded on the side of the road!!!! I wouldn’t do business with them to save my life again! The owners tried to say that the man was new when the man told me he’s been doing this for many years. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This is horrible customer service 4 1/2 hours on the side of the road with three kids is unacceptable. They don’t even deserve a one star!

Got a used tire, looks brand new! Cheapest tire shop in ALL of Jonesboro! Only cost me 50 bucks for a tire! Great customer service, fast and efficient, and I got there about 5 minutes before they closed and they still installed the new tire! Thank you I will definitely be coming back here!!!

Bought some supposedly new tires and they turned out to be recaps I definitely don’t recommend going here. They didn’t even clean my rim balance my tires or anything.

I bought a tire from them turned out it had a leak in the tire went back there the next day & they replaced it with no questions asked very friendly staff the guy that changed my did an amazing job

I called yesterday and asked how much it would be to mount and balance 4 tires on my wife’s 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. The guy up front tells me $100 and we agree to bring it in at 4:00. I bring the car in, and he installs all 4 tires. We walk out to look at the tires and the first thing I notice is that the wheels are scratched. All 4. The same uniform scratch all the way around. I let it go, things happen. My wife calls me on the way home and tells me that her steering wheel is shaking. I tell her okay, probably a balance issue. No worries, I’ll bring it back tomorrow after work. So the next day (today) I bring it back. The owner isn’t there, but his worker is. I tell him about the steering wheel shake and that it’s likely a balance issue and asked him if he would check the balance. He tells me that they don’t have a balancing machine. I then tell him about the wheels all being scratched and he asked me to pull the car under their awning. About this time the owner pulls up. I ask him “when we left yesterday, I asked again and made sure that the tires were all balanced, and you said that they were. But your worker said that you guys don’t even have a balancing machine. And all 4 of the wheels are scratched. Do you have any idea what caused that?” He said yes, the tire machine did it and that it happens to some wheels, but we aren’t responsible for that. the tire balancing machine company picked up the balancer this morning at 5:00 am. I then ask why would your worker tell me that you guys didn’t even have a tire balancer? Not that it was out for service, out of order, etc. he then gets both defensive and offensive. He said that I got here at 5 am. Not him. How would he know? He then asks me “what I wanted him to do about it, but actually it doesn’t matter because I’m not going to do anything about it”. I tell him that I’m going to have to take the car to another shop and have the tires balanced. He then cuts me off and says that he’s not paying for that and he’s not giving any money back and it’s okay because he didn’t charge me to balance the wheels and tires, he just did it. I asked “well what about the scratches on the wheels?” And he said what do you want me to do about it, and that the rear passenger wheel already had scratches on it before we even touched it. He then tells me to get the f*** out and walks away. TLDR (too long, didn’t read) version below Brought my wife’s car in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. Shop scratches all 4 wheels, blames the machine. One guy tells me they don’t have a balancer, the owner tells me it was picked up at 5 am that morning for service). Please check other places if you need tire work done that includes getting tires mounted and balanced damage free.

Service here was very good. The wait was a little long but that's to be expected with used tires. The employee was as friendly as cam be and made sure I had a decent used tire that was going to get me down the road and then some. There's a waiting room with a streaming TV and even some toys for the kids this room has AC and was comfortable. Tires were a good price (better then any I've found In the area) and I'm going to be headed back again if I see another one of my tires is ready to go.

They were so nice and helpful. They didn't over charge and the service was prompt. There is a restroom and waiting area that is dingy but it has a tv and kids toys. A lot of used tire shops don't offer waiting areas anymore so I was appreciative.

When I was a younger, lol, I had a '65 Dodge and once in a while I'd need a tire for whatever reason, lol, and they would mount and balance one for me and only charge $5 for the whole thing! Been there since and it's a little more pricey (inflation, no pun intended) but still good and friendly service!

I took a starter to them to put on my van , I asked the owner how much , he said not that much , they charged me $93.50 for 15 min. work . They have a sign up saying $60.00. and hour labor. When I refused to pay that to high of a price two of his workers and him surrounded me . I paid but will never go back .

The mechanic was real good and thorough, I needed a good tire at a good price and they were the ones. They took care of me, and weren’t real pushy on new tires or anything other than what I was wanting to do.
