I've been going here for years now. Very reliable and honest. My friend went to another mechanic the other day and was told he needed a new transmission ($3,000). I said no way, take it to SOS first. We did. Turns out it's a minor repair for a few hundred dollars and they'll have it fixed in an afternoon. Thanks again SOS! Update: So SOS saved ME this time. Lightning struck my vehicle and they got me up and going at a more than fair rate and I will continue to recommend them to everyone. Thank you SOS!

Dropped off my car because it was throwing codes for the tire pressure monitoring system and stability control. Told them to call me with the estimate before doing the brake inspection, tire rotation, etc. I also asked for because I wanted to determine whether I was going to sell my car if the repair cost was high. They gave me back my car after giving me a super low estimate. It's because the only thing they did was the brake light, inspection, and tire rotation. There are no labor or parts costs on my receipt for the TPMS and DSC malfunctions. So they just fixed the little stuff that they knew I would pay for, told me it was fixed, and didn't bother to actually fix the main issues I brought my car in for. I drove away and after a quarter mile the same lights were back on. Stay away from these hucksters.

I have to update a prior review as my most recent experiences with this garage have been less than stellar. Not sure if ownership or management has changed or they are just too busy, or understaffed, but I can no longer recommend. A year ago, I had my SUV dropped off for service shortly after a battery was replaced, they determined the alternator was the problem. Everything seemed fine, until less than a year later, I began having more issues related to the alternator, and drove it back to the garage, after confirming the alternator was still under warranty. They determined the alternator was fine and I just needed a new battery, despite a clear explanation of issues that would be caused by a bad alternator. After driving off the lot, I was able to make it home, but less than 10 miles later, I noticed a burning smell and was having the same issues as before, and after starting it again, now noticed smoke coming from the same alternator that was fine a few days before. I took it to another garage that confirmed the alternator was bad and had to be replaced. Between the new battery (that was also under warranty) and the new alternator this cost me over $1000 that should have been covered. To make it worse, I followed up with the garage again advising of all this and just asked for them to take back the new battery they installed for just some credit, and was told they would check into it and call me back, but never did. Sorry, but this chain of events is unacceptable, even for an industry that is notorious for not providing exceptional customer service. I hope this is a rare exception and the garage continues to provide better customer service as I had received before. Thank you!

I've taken my F-350 to this shop twice, both times being in a difficult situation. Both times they worked with me and got me back on the road quickly. They are honest and fair and I would recommend them to anyone for their automotive needs. My new go to repair shop.

SOS is one the most transparent and honest auto mechanic shops I've ever encountered. They provide quick service and I've never experienced fear mongering like I typically would with other auto mechanics. They are good people. UPDATE! SOS is still the best reliable and friendly car mechanic in town. I moved further on the other side of town but refuse to go anywhere else but to SOS.

Thanks for the garden hose in front of one of the garage doors. You have to make sure headlights don't reflect off the door itself. Ew, the water was warm. The mosquitoes were down the street.

Gas pedal stopped gassing 50 miles down I4, towed my 09 ford escape here as they were highly recommened by co worker. They took their time to research why my car broke down (they couldn't replicate the failure) and would not return it to me without fixing something. I'm so grateful with their consideration, frequently keeping me in the loop of the process all while being kind. They only charged for a computer part / replacing it (fuel pump module likely the culprit according to their research). Extremely satisfied and happy with the service.

Place is on a first come first serve basis, they offer night drop offs, work on commercial and regular vehicles, can do Diesel work, and are honest and awesome. 🤙🏽

Unreliable people.They tell You no appointment needed.I was planning my day around the get my car serviced.When I get there early they can't take you in claiming that the techs are sick.Which I can understand but why are taking in some cars,probably with appointment, and they ignore me?I was there at opening.

Honestly wanted to give them a second chance, first time they messed up my turbo intake. Didn’t realize it till the resonator blew off going up a mountain in Colorado, cost me around 500 to solve that issue in parts and labor. This time they broke a few plastic trim pieces and my back up camera is disconnected, went in for my water pump to be replaced... Gonna have to dig in and find that now

My daughters nisson rogue wheel bearings and cv joint was shot. Took it to SOS. Very happy with the work they did. They kept my daughter informed and updated.
