He is very unprofessional he took 12 hours to do a brake job and only the front then he missed parts and I had to hire someone else to do the job and he hung up in my face and blocked me I wouldn’t tell my enemy to go to him

Fixed my daughter car and it won’t start he charged me 1100 and didn’t show me any receipts for parts he bought. He said he would come back and fix the problem and now he is not answering. My daughter really needs her car.

My daughter and I were stranded in the HEB parking lot after my alternator went out on our way back to Louisiana. It was almost 8pm when I called, so we arranged for him to come out in the morning. He did great work for a fair price (and with this truck, I'm familiar with average parts & labor costs!) and even called later in the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Hill Country area.

Explained my situation for my vehicle. Insisted, that transmission needed to be replaced. Finally jacked up the car for him to looked at, once he arrived. Said samething needed to replace the transmission. Didn't even troubleshoot anything. Checked transmission fluid with without vehicle even on. I called him because I needed a technician not a parts changer.

My girlfriend's son had car issues with his Ford Taurus 2017. I called Soto after calling several different Mobile Mechanics but before I called Soto, I said a little prayer and his name popped up and called him. He was available and he said will be at your house in 30 minutes and was at my house in 30 minutes. Soto was able to diagnose the issue and he repaired my girlfriend son car by simply erasing some codes. We thought the Starter was bad and it wasn't the Starter. Soto, erased the codes and the car started. I would HIGHLY recommend Soto to anyone. Soto has 37 years of experience and he only charges $90 for a diagnostic. Thank you so much Soto!!! Thanks, Roger

He changed a piece that I payed $500+ for which I explained to him a week later, did nothing for my car. Gave me no solutions and didn’t show up to inspect my car after we’d agreed to it. Haven’t heard from him since. He might think $500 is nothing but for me it’s a lot of money!!!!! No lo recomiendo

I had a bad experience with him, he came and checked my truck and said he had nothing, he charged me $75 and did nothing to my truck, he didn't even have a scanner, my truck had a bad temp sensor. and he told me to use my car that everything was fine and I talked to him because the engine of my car had overheated

Friendly, but immediately said I needed a new fuel pump when I told him I had trouble starting my car a couple of times. Car died again a few days after he installed a new fuel pump. All I had actually needed was a new battery.

I highly recommend him! He came within one hour and it was on a Sunday. Most mechanics don’t work on Sunday. He fixed my car and it only took an hour. Knowledge and reasonable!

I called him and a few hours later he was there and done within a half hour and he seemed to be very honest and reasonable. And now he is coming back to do more work for me. I recommend him if you want good work at a price you can afford.
