The owner does not know what he is doing he has over charged me in work and when I have problems with car does not confirm what day just says oh bring it in when I am able to he tells me that he is tech is not in he needs to be bit more professional with his customers in letting them know when his techs are available save your time money and take it to another business

Good owner who is fair in price and trustworthy of repairs. We take our fleet trucks there for full service and repairs. The work is done in a timely manner. They will inspect and let you know anything wrong with the vehicle before doing the work. They also have saved us in thousands of dollars quoted from other shops for unnecessary repairs. I recommend going here.

MY FRIEND LIVES ON THE SAME STREET AS THIS SHOP, I WENT TO GO GET AIR FOR MY CAR CUZ I WAS ON A FLAT TIRE VERY DANGEROUS, HAVE TO GO PICK UP MY KID FROM SCHOOL, WE'RE IN THE COMMUNITY THIS SHOP IS ON THE SAME STREET AS MY FRIEND'S HOUSE WE SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY BUSINESSES, MY FRIEND WENT IN THERE TO ASK HIM FOR SOME AIR FOR THE TAHOE MAYBE 5 MINUTES AGO APRIL 4, 2023 AT 12:00 PM THE OWNER SAID NO YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY AIR FOR YOUR TIRE, MY FRIEND SAID THE OWNER TOLD HIM NO ,WE SHOULDN'T HAVE PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITES THAT TREAT OUR COMMUNITY THIS WAY.

Took my 2018 Ram with a cummins diesel to these guys for a smog. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They failed a completely stock truck because their diagram was incorrect. Their reasoning was that this is what they are instructed to do by the State of California. This caused me a ton of headache. The manager/owner said, "its easy, all you have to do is go over to the DMV referee." Yeah, that wasn't easy, had to go through a phone appointment requiring me to take pictures of all of my exhaust components. Then I had to bring the truck in for an "in-person" appointment. All of this to learn that the diagram was wrong. A true professional smog technician would figure this out. Again, I took a completely UNALTERED truck to these guys and they failed my smog, which forced me to jump through a ton more hoops to get the problem rectified (a problem that never existed in the first place.) This was an awful experience and I will never go here again.

Went to get my starter replaced 05/23/23. 4 days after later my car wouldn’t start. Was stranded in the Costco parking lot for over an hour, contacted business left voicemail the next day business day the manager contacted me telling me that I have to drop my vehicle off for a week for them to figure out the problem. I just paid $452.71. This includes the diagnostics, the starter, the work proformed as well as the diagnostics. Since 05/23/23 my vehicle wouldn’t start a total of three times and each one of those times I called and left a voicemail for the mechanics to reach me back. Yesterday Jun26, 2023 my vehicle would not start once again so I called and left a voicemail. They did not call me back 05/27/23 (morning,)I had to drive back to the shop and now I’m getting told by Pravin the manager that I would have to leave my car their for a week or two because there are other cars that they worked on and are still having problems; and customers had to leave their vehicles there for weeks at a time. So unacceptable and then he tells me because I kept asking questions like how do you fix the vehicle? and why is the vehicle not working? he gets upset and tells me he will charge me another diagnostic fee of $185, I almost cried on the spot now I will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau and going to small claims because this is unacceptable. If I paid for a diagnostic and the diagnostic said the starter was the problem and they fix the starter. Why is my car still not starting/ having trouble starting? I work hard for my money. Im disabled and I dont make much, I gave them amost a weeks work check and my car is still having me stranded.

Beware of the owner he'll lie concerning what service's he did to try to get your car. He's a lying sneaky Punjab that hides in the back of the shop when confronted about the shade tree work you paid for. I had a bad thermostat, he told me I had a blown head gasket, took my car to another shop found out he installed the wrong thermostat, I went back to him to get back my money, he hid in the bathroom for over two hours. So beware of this Punjabi snake crook.

I took my drive line for them to change the u joint and the u joint was the wrong one they called me to bring it to exchange for the right one but they already lost some of the clips for the u joints. Seems like the people that work there is irresponsible for parts they worked on.

Very honest owner. I will be returning too them for all my car work. He is very knowledgeable. If he doesn't do the work he refers to too people he trust.. had to leave and go get more money too finish paying him and he didn't blink. "No problem" Thank you

They are thief's they tell you they fix your car when they don't but won't fix it right or refund you they are very rude spilt a whole big bottle of car oil all in my trunk my friend to junk her car cause you can't fix timing on a car they are crooks
