This has been one of the best tire places I have ever used and I have used quite a few of them and this is absolutely one of the best tires shops. Service is absolutely great. They’re fast and courteous and the prices are very reasonable . I drive from Pueblo west to them anytime I need a tire they are on top of it. I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody.

Didn't want to do this review since they are good people, but after getting above 45 mph I could tell the tires were out of balance. At this point I was too far away to go back and get everything corrected before they closed. Ended up taking it to Fort Carson to get balanced and all 4 tires were out of balance, getting close to balanced just by taking off all their weights. Then, when I went to remount them, I realized that all 4 tires were directional for the passenger side, so I had to remount two of them to be driver side directional. Unacceptable mistakes for a tire specific shop. Southco itself was very affordable for the mount and balance, but had to spend another $58 and a Saturday morning to rebalance and mount everything. Car drives great now.

10 out of 10 if I could, they got me situated in less than 30 minutes, and I paid way less than I would have at a discount tire. Make this your tire place You won't me upset

Can't say enough positive things about South Co Tire on Union. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Cameron did a great job on a not so straight forward ask on some tire/rim swaps and TPMS swap/replacements. He did it all quickly and without a hint of complaint. Will definitely be returning for more work when needed.

Unlucky flat couldn’t have been in a luckier location! Pulled over and someone promptly came over to tell me about the tire shop a block away. Went in, and was out with a replacement within an hour. Cam and Wes made the process easy, and the price was right too! Straight to the point, no bs, treated me like a human not a bill. Saw them take equally good care of another lady in there too. Can’t recommend enough.

Family owned! Friendly! Amazing service and a personal touch! Wesley knows what he is doing as well as his employees! We were in a bind for two new front tires! He was able to easily get us those tires and replace them on our car same day in a timely fashion! Was still able to go do our family plans and be there in time! Easy to talk to and doesn’t mess around, he will tell you everything that is needed on your car and is there to help in anyway! Reasonably priced! You need a car guy this is the place to go! Oh an added benefit, we have 4 kids and he has a play room with toys and video games, which have kept my kids entertained the whole time we were here, which was about 1.5 hours! Couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to come here for our service!

Went in to get my tire re balanced. Price was nice then I go outside and see they have the wrong wheel off my car. I say something they tell me that was there mistake and had patched a nail hole and balanced the wheel. All lies I had to rotate my front tires to the back afterwards because they did not balance the wheels in the front at all and i was still getting a heavy vibration and the nail is still currently in the tire. then said they would balance the original wheel I wanted done and it was all covered since they made the mistake. Turns out they broke the sensor in the wheel that shouldn't have been touched and replaced it and then tried to lie about it. The valve stem is completely different now and I had to ask them to reset whatever sensor they put in cuz it was reading 0 pressure on my Dash and then didn't even balance the other side like I had originally asked them to balance. It still has the same weight and missing weight spot as it had when I came in. If you have a Pos or beat up car you don't care about take it there. Other than that go to a professional for newer cars they have no clue what they are doing there. Now I have to pay someone else to fix there mistakes. I will never return here again and don't suggest anyone else going there either especially if you have a newer vehicle. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Don’t waste your hard earn money take your business elsewhere took 4 brand new rims in a box still to put on paid for mount an balancing an walked out with No tires balanced an literally scratch rims! Offered literally 20 dollars off what a Joke!

From the first moment I called, I felt like more than just a card, and was treated like more than a customer, but as a person. They listened to my worries in price and quality, needing to balance the two, and found me a solution. I came in intending on two tires, and they actually have a lease program that worked for me to be able to do all 4, which I desperately needed to do. Absolutely cannot recommend this shop enough. Locally owned, and such a friendly staff, I'll be going here over any other in town from now on.

Always great used tires for cheap. Ive been buying from them for years. They also do patch work for only $20, so any time i get a nail, which is inevitable in Colorado, i bring it to them.

First I have to say this is the best tire shop in Colorado Springs by far. I have been coming here for 3-4 years and will not go anywhere else after finding this tire shop. Today I came in because one of my tires kept leaking. Krista was quick to assist me with exceptional customer service. She went out of her way to have the technician do a full inspection on my slow leaking tire and found a nail. I was able to get a used tire for temporary replacement for an extremely reasonable price. I’ll be coming back in a few months to get a full set before winter hits. Cam the technician did the full inspection and found the issue that was causing the tire to leak. He then got the tire changed for me and got the dang light to shut off on my dashboard that was driving me crazy. There is never no hidden agendas here or massive up sales like big box tire shops. That is the reason I come here and have been for years. I love the mama and pop shops and rather support that type of business. They do not try to tell you they can’t work on your vehicle unless you do this or that. They just want your car to be up to par and safe on the road for your whole family. Thank you south Co tire for always being there for me and all my tire needs. I will never go to another location as long as I’m residing in Colorado Springs. Thank you Krista and cam for doing an exceptional job and putting customers first.

I was told I would be getting a set of used tires in good condition, and dropped my car off at this shop. When I came back at the end of the day, a completely different set of tires was on my car and they are still charging me to mount the incorrect tires. I would not trust this shop. If you plan to get tires from them, be sure that you see the tires with your own eyes before allowing them to do anything with your car. They have terrible communication, documentation, and they are dishonest.

Love these guys!!! They do patches and, new and used tires. So good. We love these folks and always get new and used tires from them as well as any patches or repairs we need. Go and check out their selection and chat with their friendly staff. Get your tires here it’s a no-brainer.

These guys are great! I'm so glad that they happen to be across from where I work (Olympic-Paralympic Training Center) because I've used them many times for all, my car, my wife's car and our company cars. They're fast, efficient and honest (never trying to upsale me). I'm usually in and out within 30min, and even if there's a line ahead of me, my car's only there for a few hours. Thanks again!

We got a screw in a tire right before a big road trip, and the guys at SouthCo patched it up within just a few minutes of arriving at the store. Great experience overall!
