Great work, Great communication sent videos of the parts that were broken and offered other suggestions for maintenance that might need doing with all the estimates. Very fair on their pricing. Really friendly guys too

It was so easy to make an appointment online, received email communication that my appointment was good to go. Got to the shop and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. My splash shield was broken and they were able to help me fix it the same day.

This is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever taken my car to. They are incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, timely, transparent and fair in their service and their pricing. They even gave me a loaner car when my repair took longer than expected. I would absolutely reccomend this shop to anybody, especially other women as I felt incredibly comfortable and respected.

I was very happy with my vehicle's inspection and general maintenance. South Denver sent me a thorough copy of my inspection report with recommended items and pricing, talked through it on the phone, and gave good advice on what needed to be done without giving a hard sale on work that wasn't due yet or that I felt comfortable doing myself. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff and reasonable pricing for the high level of service. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

The employees are great but the prices were outrageous. Got quoted over $750 to replace the spark plugs in my Tacoma and $550 for front brakes. Thought it would be cheaper than the dealership but got it done at the dealership for $600 less.

Came in here for struts and shocks and the estimate was impressive. Parts were marked up 100% (yes I understand some places do that), the labor was high and excessive. The best part was the effort to upsell me on 6-7 services I did not need. Imagine getting an estimate for over $2k for shocks and extras. So I started negotiating to get a more reasonable price and eventually got within a few hundred dollars of a competitor down the street and decided to just get it done. I like supporting independent shops and even though they were nice you should check around if you go here..

I have been using this shop for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. They stand behind their repairs and will make it right if there are any issues. Recently, they went out of their way to honor a warranty on replacement struts that were making noise on our Infiniti G35. I have been referring friends to them for many years. I used to do most of my own repairs but they have earned my trust so I no longer think twice about using them for all of our car repairs.

I have brought my car in for service twice now and each time I have been met with friendly and approachable staff members who made me feel at ease and made sure my car was well taken care of. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold on anything, which sadly, can be hard to find. Next time I need service, I will definitely be back!

I was highly referred to S. Denver Auto as I had rec'd an estimate from another shop on my truck that felt excessive and overall - it just did not feel right. The gang at S. Denver took me in on the fly and ascertained very quickly that the problem with my truck was much simpler to address and repair, and I feel like I was under exceptional care. Nathaneal and Sean at the front, and Andy in the shop - they nailed it. Clearly worked well as a team too. Home run. I'm trusting them with all our family's vehicles from this point forward!

I was referred to South Denver Automotive by my sister. I just recently moved to Denver and the blower motor went out in my car. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team here. The service was amazing from drop off to pick up. I will continue to bring my car here.

Rolled my A/C diag and repair into one cost, and walked me through the potential future repairs if necessary. Also dismissed brake concerns that other shops had foisted on me and were patient to answer all of my additional questions. Bonus - Didn't charge an arm and a leg to put on winter wheels.

Sean was very honest with me. He let me know that the cost of repair may be too high for a vehicle of my value and helped walk me through the most important fixes instead of pushing me to fix the less neccesary items. When I was swamped at work and couldn't answer during business hours he completely understood and was curtious even when I picked up my car 2 days late. I would 100% recommend them.

Would recommend! I’ve had multiple good experiences bringing my car here. Both times, they were able to get me in within 24 hours & were able to resolve the issue in less than a day once I brought it in. The first time my car was experiencing issues on my drive to work they let me drop it off immediately & gave me a ride to work. The staff are friendly, approachable, and are happy to explain their diagnostics. I appreciate that they followed up with me after my services to check in but, weren’t aggressive about trying to upsell me on a bunch of services.

I noticed late in the afternoon I was leaking fluid- anti-freeze! Call southeast automotive about my problem,they said bring it in ,this was 2:30 in the afternoon!! My Subaru was repaired,and finished at 9:00 next morning! Very prompt, professional service. Very Pleased,and would recommend to anyone with auto problems! Thanks !
