Absolutely horrible. Talked to some woman about getting my car in for repair who hung up on me twice. This was my first time calling and could not believe how poor the customer service was from the beginning. Needless to say my confidence in any further business was broken.

My family and I have been using this place for the past decade. They do really good work, the color matching they do is always perfect, timely and they deliver the car clean, inside and outside. They might not be the cheapest but they surely are the best!

I recently visited South Loop Auto Repair because my tire pressure was low. Their team was very professional and quickly took care of the issue with great patience. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. On top of that, the shop is close to my home, which is really convenient. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days! I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Got my truck fixed here picked it up with oils leaking and tire sensor and check engine light whewww! They told me they could only fix what I paid for but when I dropped it off it wasn’t for leaking oil, tire sensor and check engine! 2 month later …Beware.

recently visited South Loop Paint Shop and had a wonderful experience. Not only did they do a great paint job, but the staff, particularly Chatel Cole, greeted me with a beautiful smile and provided excellent customer service. South loop auto is efficient and sets real expectations. I really enjoyed working with Chantel as she walked me through the process and kept in communication when I needed to schedule my car service. Whatever questions I had, she was able to answer. At the end of the day I had my car back to normal with no issues.

Horrible place , horrible communication, very unaccommodating management. I was promised my vehicle would be ready on Friday, they lied. I stated I was going on vacation on Saturday and I could wait until I get back to give them my vehicle but they was so eager for the job they promise that it was an easy job and it would be ready. Management is very unaccommodating as far as trying to help us retrieve the vehicle due to arriving late from vacation and vehicle not being available in til 8am when I work at 7am.

I go to South Loop Auto Service 60 E. 23rd whenever I unfortunately need repairs. I say unfortunately because these accidents have not been my fault but I know who I can count on to get my vehicle back like I just walked off the show room floor. If you ever need repairs go to them & they will take care of you. Tell them I sent you… I promise you will be satisfied.

I have taken multiple vehicles to South Loop Auto Service for repairs & I must say they have never let me down. The office staff are so nice & friendly. My repairs always look like my car came off of the show room floor. Keep up the good work!!! I appreciate all that you guys have done for ALL of my vehicles that have been repaired.

I was fully impressed with the workmanship and with the fact the car was ready in a little over a week considering the damage to the rear area. They kept me up to date with text messages while the repair was being done which is a 1st for me dealing with a repair shop. I am fully endorsing South Loop as a top quality shop.

Just was a poor experience. Had to leave my car an extra 5 days because no one checked the warning lights they didn’t have the experience to set after waiting one hour. I took Uber that cost 43,00 no offer of a refund. When it was clear I was coming to pick up my car. But the clerk made sure to charge me 4% free for using my credit charge. Then a new part had to be order car was promised for Tuesday. I had to call to see if my car was ready as promised. Not ready until Wednesday.I see the other reviews and I’m Even more disappointed of the poor service. State Farm recommended this company but I would not I just hope the repairs were done correctly so I don’t have to return. Update. 3 weeks after my repair the car was in worst condition ever. I had to reopen my claim w State Farm and after my car was reevaluated it was proven that this repair shop did additional damage to my car. State Farm agreed to send my car to Mercedes Benz to get the car corrected. The correction to the original repair plus the proven damage that was done came to a total of 13,000.00. This shop is not equipped to handle and type of control or steering system damage. Please don’t support this business

My car was hit while parked in a downtown garage. The person who hit my car left a note and their insurance company paid for the damages. The front end was damaged. Southloop Auto came highly recommended. When the repairs were completed my car makes a sound from the front end every time it hits a bump in the road we never heard before. The people at Southloop Auto claim we repaired your car and that sound is not due to our repairs. Also the same day after picking up my car, I found foot prints in my trunk, screws, nuts and bolts. We had front end damage why were you in my trunk. The excuse was “ Oh we’re sorry. Bring it back and we will take care of that.” The very next day I noticed my trunk latch didn’t work and now the trunk doesn’t lock. Southwest Auto was accommodating with car rental and claimed they will repair the sound. However they don’t know where the sound is coming from and we repaired the car. I’m tired of going back and forth between them and whoever does their front end work. I will not do business with them again.

The people here really make you feel welcome. They took the time to go through the estimate with me in detail and did fantastic work repairing my bumper and fixing a rust issue on one of the car doors. They were accommodating with my schedule and completed the repairs quickly.

Unfortunately I had to change my 5 stars review. If you have time to waste in your life you can get your job done in this store. I received my car back after 5months later. Anthony gave one of his car to use. Every week when I called or text him, He said "next week or in 2 weeks". He used my goodwill on his business a lot. His team lifted up my car wrong and damaged my car from side bottom. When I went there to pick my car up , he said " I am sorry . let me fix. Could you bring next week and leave it for 2 days?" Even my new mirror cover came out in a day!I was so pissed after 5months. I stopped at that shop almost every week in 5 months. Every time was something else. The last time I was there was last month. I needed to get a copy of receipts, there was a customer who was really mad because they were wasting his time as well. I would really not recommend this shop service. If anyone needs record on how many months my car stayed, I can publish pic of the messages and documents.
