El día que fui a recoger el carro lo tuve que virar para atrás 3 veces, primero plástico suelto, segundo luces que no funcionaban y la tercera vez porque aún faltaban luces, y para colmo se molestan porque le viras el carro, como si te estuviesen regalando algo y bastante caro que cobran, así que no los recomiendo para nada

I had an extremely troubling experience with this collision center that I believe reflects a potentially widespread issue of auto repair fraud. After taking my BMW X6 M Competition in for collision repairs covered by insurance, I was approached about addressing additional damage. Monica Perez from the center initially provided a verbal estimate for these out-of-pocket repairs but repeatedly failed to provide a written quote despite my requests. Alarmingly, the repair authorization document I eventually received omitted the total cost. This omission seemed strategically designed to obscure the full financial implications of the repairs. Later, when it came time for payment, the price had nearly doubled compared to the initial estimate given over the phone. When I challenged this discrepancy, the documents provided in justification were doctored, showing falsified dates and missing crucial details. These actions are not only unprofessional but also deceptive, trapping customers within a corrupt system that leverages incomplete and altered documentation to exploit them financially. I urge potential customers to be wary of engaging with this facility for any repairs. It's crucial to insist on complete transparency and written estimates upfront to avoid falling victim to similar fraudulent practices.

I would've given them a five-star, but because of the interaction I had with Monika on the day, I picked up my vehicle, which made the experience deteriorate to less than Stellar. Monika needs some further customer service training. She was rude and had an attitude not only to the customers but also to her co-workers there. I witnessed her attitude toward the two cashiers, myself, and another customer while I was there. It is important when working with the public to have patience, be kind and respectful, and also take the time to listen to the customers' concerns. I do want to give accolades to Bianca and Eduardo for their impeccable customer service skills. Thank you to them .

Needless to say, if you have read the reviews this place in regards to customer service is terrible. KARLA explained on 3 different occasions that my vehicle will be ready, AFTER leaving work early for the THIRD day in a row, she finally decides to call when I’m 1 minute away from the location JUST to say the car is not ready. Karla is terrible and lacks proper communication. According to reviews I’m not the first to think of that of this individual. Do better Karla, actually call people if you’re going to shake their hand and AGREE to call.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. DO NOT GO HERE. SLOW AND POORLY DONE REPAIRS. My car was towed in for simple repairs to change an assembly fan and a new battery. Midway through the process, I found out concrete had been splashed on my car because my car had been sitting for a month before anyone touched it (see pics). There is an overall lack of honesty with this shop. I was told the work on my car should have taken took less than a week to complete per the estimate, yet it several weeks, months, for my car to be delivered and no one can own up to why. No one even apologized for the delay, NOT ONE TIME. I asked for a manager several times and not once did they call back. I am truly disgusted by the lack of care this shop has. Evelio (first service advisor) had my car since 12/16/2022 and did absolutely nothing. I called everyday, and he stated the delay was that he ordered parts and was waiting for them to come in. Two weeks later, my car is assigned to Karla (second service advisor) on 1/4/2023. Karla took the repair auth to order parts and start the repair process, so I found out Evelio lied to me about ordering parts for weeks because he never took an auth to do so. Even picking up my car was a poor experience. The women at the front desk was rude and dismissive, and was on her personal cell phone. She asked “What’s the rush?” I would not recommend this place to anyone. They scrapped off the concrete on my hood and now the paint is dull in all the areas they scrapped it off. My car sounds extremely loud now and is worst than when I dropped it off. They cut corners on repairs and did not do a thorough job. By far the worst experience I have ever had with repairing a vehicle. Definitely a very poor experience overall.

Poor attention to detail and that is what they do..detailed work. STILL waiting for hitch front bumper cover after almost 3 months back order only because they missed it the first and second time. Two separate pieces to this cover. I noticed the first time. Then they noticed that the second piece was not ordered. So Im still waiting to be notified of its arrival

They have called me that the car is ready 2 times. After I inspected the car there were scratches in the car but not from the accident; a sensor is given a collision signal. In other words don't trust them when they said that vehicle is ready!

This is the third time in as many years that we've relied on South Motors Collision to repair our vehicles: a Honda minivan, a BMW sedan, and a Chevy pick-up. And every time Kaitlyn Smith and her colleagues have delivered exceptional service, efficiency, and fit & finish, making it all but impossible to know the cars had been in accidents. My family and I have been extremely pleased with Kaitlyn's professionalism and communication and won't look to any other collision center when we need one.

A huge thank you to Timothy Wright for helping me out I wasn’t sure where I could rate his exceptional customer service so I just would write it here . Very kind and knowledgeable and made sure I’d have my car back in a reasonable timely matter . Also I had a concern about a little fender bender I had and he sent me to go see someone at the Honda collision center and was helped out there too . The whole service from calling road side assistance from entering the dealership and speaking with Tim was super smooth. Thank you again for always making my experience with Honda pleasant ! After waiting a month to receive my vehicle I was finally able to pick it up after being promised a 2 week fix. Upon pick up a completely different trim from the rest of my vehicle was sloppily placed and not replaced for another day. Today I noticed wires hanging out from the back of my trunk. Sloppy work.

Got into an accident , they assured me everything would be fixed I even checked in and Vanessa , very sweet and professional sounding … assured me all parts were fixed I specifically asked about spring because I had the car looked at by Benz before taking it to them …. Long story short I get to the places to pick my car up.. and as I’m checking I noticed the part I specifically asked about is still not fixed …all else was done nicely. she tells me she found out the day of me getting my car back that it wasn’t getting fixed !……im like well when why did you tell me it was already fixed . Had I not checked and just drove off then what!? Extremely disappointed ! Check your car before leaving . No matter if they say it’s fixed or not ..literally lied to my face.

We took the car here after a car accident. They told us everything was repaired. Driving home from the shop the car began to smoke and the car was completely unaligned. We took the car back and they said they don’t have any other issues with the car and refused to look at the problems still happening. We had to take the car to another shop and the insurance adjuster agreed the shop failed to repair many problems with the car. Alignment Tire & wheel damage Cracked oil pan Bent shaft Much more The staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable but the minute it became more complicated they wanted nothing to do with it. They collected from the insurance and were done. Don’t go here
