My car needed a new tire pressure gauge. I stopped to make an appointment. They had an opening and took care of it immediately. Honest, friendly, professional; it was explained what the part cost and if I didn’t want to replace it what I could do instead. I opted to get a new one and the bill was reasonable. I would return.

Folks if you need good care care go to South Seneca Car Care . they are amazing do a wonderful job and Dennis will explain stuff to you . My granddaughter and I know nothing and Dennis explained things to us wich helped us and they got her car going and she is very happy they do amazing job and they are our go to guy's now we have that much trust in them The whole crew is great

As a first time customer, I called about getting an alignment done on my SUV and they were able to offer me an appointment the next day. The communication with Dennis and everyone there was excellent, and he followed-up with me after the service to ensure I was satisfied. I hope to never have car trouble again (wishful thinking haha) but if/when I do, I will definitely return to South Seneca Car Care, and would absolutely recommend others to this business.

Seneca Care Care offers very good car service. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had our AC recharged recently and have had other services in the past. This is the car repair go to!

Friendly, professional, transparent service. Explained everything (including in writing) of what they were going to do, how much it would cost, and then requests your approval of each item prior to any action being done. Very reasonable. Will be using them again.

This was my first visit to Seneca Car Care and I have no regrets. Dennis, the office manager was very friendly and he explained everything that was going to be done on my car. Labor costs were competitive and I was given a choice on replacement parts. Work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business.

Dennis was extremely helpful, giving me upfront honest costs, with paper and electronic copies of what needs to be completed. Keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle, and when it is ready and working with me for later pick up time. I will be back for all my automotive repair needs.

Dennis has been a good friend of mine for many years and not one time has he ever steered me wrong on anything. Door handle broke on my truck and just did not have the time to fix it. I brought it in and it was fixed within two hours. Great service prices are right and they absolutely care 100% about the customer experience. If your down by 31st and Seneca south go see dennis at the front counter and he will fix you up.

They gave me a free quote on my brake repair. I wasn't able to afford their service unfortunately, but as soon as I have enough saved I will definitely be back. Edit: was finally able to make it back for the break prepared I dropped my car off at 9:00 in the morning was able to pick it up by 3:00 at the very latest I think it was actually earlier than that and haven't had a single problem with it since. Thank you to Josh and everyone else.

Amazing service! They got me in the next day after I called and had my car out by that afternoon. The people were super nice and friendly and the prices are very fair. As someone who hates going to the mechanic because of the scams and rude people this is the only place I’ll be taking my car from now on!

My parents had some work done here, and the work was fine but their van was not locked and was broken into! A bag of personal belongings and expensive hat were stolen out of the van, which was only there for one afternoon.
