Very rude and barely stopped sanding a car to speak to us. I can assume by some positive reviews he can do body work however his bad disposition is not worth it. Clearly not a people person.

Did a good job but denies putting new scratch on car. Good work I guess but not sure it was worth the attitude and gas lighting. Dude gave me attitude the whole process. Got in an argument when I picked up the truck. Dude has a screw loose in more ways than one

Referred to this company for auto body work. I was scheduled for an appt on July 6 and not contacted to reschedule due to storm. Upon calling (both Monday and Tuesday) to find out when I should bring in vehicle I was informed he wasn't taking vehicles in this week due to storm. I informed him that I had called the day before to find out a time to bring it in. I was also informed that his computer had not even been opened up (this was 11:30 am on Tuesday). I responded to Roland and reminded him that HE scheduled ME for this day. At this time he immediately began screaming at me over the phone regarding a personal matter and told me to find somewhere else to take my car. Roland could have had business next week had he explained immediately of his personal matter in a professional manner. I am compassionate to a persons situation but not when being screamed at as a new customer. Very unprofessional and will never get a referral from me.

Just got my car back today and it looks great. Very professional and courteous. They over-delivered to be honest. They were recommended to me and I could not be happier with their service. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and service. If your car needs work then look no further.

Roland and the team did a fantastic job on my late model truck. They are "attention to detail" freaks! Not only did they do the job I asked them to do, but they also went the extra mile to correct some work that another body shop did recently at no cost to me because they did not want someone else's "substandard" work making them look bad. They gave good advice and delivered a superior product! Highly recommend!

I have to say for many years I did bodywork just like ROLAND in fact I work with ROLAND at another shop many years ago I can’t say how much I appreciate the quality of work that he does I know that when I take my car there to get fixed will be fixed right regardless of what the insurance company says or anybody else ROLAND won’t do half done work and you know what I mean by half done Thanks for another awesome job ROLAND

If you ever have the unfortunate experience of getting in an accident, make sure you go to South Tampa Automotive and collision. Ask for Bryan or Roland, the most professional body shop I have ever dealt with. I hope I don't have to, but I would definitely go there again!

This place does it right, no shortcuts! We took my husbands truck by a few other well known body shops in the area for appraisals and south tampa automotive & collision is the only place that took the time to explain they needed to remove the bed of the truck in order to do the repairs correctly. They sent us pictures and kept us updated with the progress the whole time! It’s hard to find a trustworthy place that also provides great quality work, but here it is! Highly recommended!
