We came in right before they closed desperate for help to get one of our windows up. They stopped what they were doing came and looked fiddled around and it was fixed! So grateful, would recommend!

Horrible communication. Doesn't do what he says he's going to do. Fronted $1500 only to find out he didn't order the parts, got called annoying for being upset that he didn't follow through nor communicate in a professional manner, I asked for a full refund and he only said he had $1400 and eventually gave me the remainder $100.

Showed up to their location, nobody around to give me an estimate on body and paint work. Called left a message and over 24 hours later still no reply, definitely not a place to go.

The owner Christian referred me to his shop South Valley Auto, as i was looking for a good place to tint my car. When I arrived a gentleman named Mike was very kind and helped me pick the tint I wanted. My car came out perfectly beautiful! Christian was wonderful. He went above and beyond with our autobody repair. He was the ultimate professional. He kept us consistently updated, he offered us a very competitive price, and the car came out looking as good as new. Would definitely use South Valley Auto again!

Excellent service, great communication, quality work. After a hit and run damaged my daughter's car significantly, Christian worked with us and our insurance situation, providing several options. I'll admit I was a bit nervous at first as this business doesn't look as fancy as places closer to where we live (NE heights), but Christian kept us updated and fixed everything perfectly at a much lower price than other places quoted. I just moved to Albuquerque for school when my car broke down. I didn’t know anyone and I was stuck without a car, but Christian hooked me up in just about every way possible. He helped me sell my salvage car, helped me find the best possible car to purchase moving forward, and hooked me up with tons of different services, all at a great price. Love service highly recommend before and after very trustworthy comforting welcoming fed me several times while they were bbq installed handicap hitch as I am disabled greatly appreciate all the service and friendship highly recommended to anyone seeking auto needs of any sort.. purchased two vehicles from them… and will be back for more purchases or auto maintenance.. and no where else… my new go to…

Our son was moving to Albuquerque to attend UNM and his car broke down outside of Gallup. He was eventually towed and got his car to Albuquerque, but needed another car as soon as possible. Christian at South Valley was extremely helpful and resourceful. He helped our son find a car at a fair price, coordinate selling the broken down/blown engine car to salvage and walked him through every step of the process including helping register the vehicle with MVD. He and his father, Ray, offered to be there for our son if he ever needs anything else in the future. It’s nice knowing that while our son is away at college over 700 miles away, that he has someone he can trust and call on in an emergency. They go the extra mile to make things right. They also do an amazing detail job!

Honestly the best deal in town! They take pride in their work and I've just got my second car from here and could not be happier with the value and attention to make their customers happy. The staff has a way of making you feel at home and the way they do business is a refreshing breath of air when compared to many others who only care about making a quick buck. I recommend stopping by whenever you have any auto problems or just want to make your ride unique and clean. If you are buying a car from them expect a straight forward and honest deal from non-aggressive salesman not the usual pushy and deceiving ones who just care about how much they can sap you for. I feel comfortable sending my friends and family here!

Best auto shop in this city! Super-friendly, honest, and they genuinely care about the customer's satisfaction. I've had problems in the past with autoshops trying to overcharge or replace what's not broken, just because I'm a woman... They fixed a problem Brakemasters and a couple other autoshops weren't able to figure out. They invest time and hard work, and charge reasonable rates, finding as many discounts for you as they can. Def gonna take my cars back.

Christian and his team are super helpful and professional! I have taken my car there a few times now and always do such quality work and within a few hours. Prices are affordable and worth it.They were able to fix/replace a broken door handle, cracked windshield, and brake pads. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Had my mom’s car detailed here at South Valley Auto. I live in Rio Rancho, but it’s totally worth the drive! Brought the car in at noon and I was out on my way before 2 pm. The detailing job was exceptional. They even restored the headlights! Christian and his team are so pleasant to work with. They are professional and very friendly at the same time. My mom was so happy with the cleanliness of her car. She says it makes her happy every time she gets in and out of her vehicle now. It looked brand new by the time the guys were done with the detailing. And trust me, her car was filthy. I had my vehicle scheduled for a detailing as well. Will definitely bring all my cars back here!

I was referred to Christian from a friend, and I couldn't be happier that I listened. South Valley Auto replaced my cracked windshield, fixed a ding on my bumper, touched up the nicks and scratches I'd been collecting for the past couple years, did a headlamp treatment, and fully detailed the interior of my car. It's crazy how good it came out. Talk about attention to detail; I swear my car looked better than when I bought it. To be fair, I bought my car used but I bought it from a reputable dealership here in town. That dealership is still top-notch in my book because they treated me exceptionally well. My car had 17,000 miles on it when I got it so it felt brand new. In fact, I had zero complaints. And then I saw Christian's work. Haha it's seriously so good I felt like going back to the dealership to complain they didn't do a better job. Not only that, but everyone I spoke to was courteous, professional, responsive, and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, I need to bring my wife's car back to SVA so they can give it the same treatment. No joke, now he's just my car guy. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. (Edited a typo. When ever I came to south auto valley I was welcomed with sincere and great service, they’re team was super fast and efficient and helped me fix my car for a reasonable price and were just super helpful! definitely recommend going here for any of your car services 10/10
