Horrible got 4 used tires they were all dry rot be careful I will not every return to this location

Needed a cheap tire to put on a truck that's not driven often. They were the perfect solution. Tire bead broke overnight and went flat, but it was no problem taking it back and they fixed it right back up with zero fuss or complaints. Really can't go wrong.

Bought a set of tires that ended up being rotted.. one of those tires was a poorly patched tire and leaked. They would not fix nor would they replace it because it was “outside of the 30 days” even though it was only 2 days. Poor service. You would think a business that’s been around for a while, would help a customer out when they’ve been a returning customer. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Editing to add and change my review; the owner himself found me and reached out via Facebook. He is working to help and fix the issue if possible being that this happened months ago. I have always had good things to say about Southeast. And this goes beyond that now.

Gotta watch them man the dude wasn't even gonna try to balance my tire yes some used tire hard to balance but still then I watch him put on the machine it calls for 2.25 on the inside cause it stuck on weights and he just knock on a weight on back lip just cause when it wasn't even calling for weight back there granted I said something and the shop manager seem like he wanna do right and good dude he made him fix it but still bro gotta watch them Update: sir I'm sorry it is you who has misunderstood and been lied to because my husband was with me who has years experience working in tire shops and he is the one who caught them and spoke to Charles about it and Charles then walked over and yes promptly corrected the worker and asked him to balance the tire but no he was not static balancing the tire in fact your workers were hollering and cursing about having to even do their job to begin with and also hollering at Charles in front of customers it was a nice try to protect your business with fancy terms thinking your speaking to someone who don't have a clue but your wrong in so many ways and should really keep a closer eye on your employees

I purchased four used tires. I could not figure out why my vehicle was hydroplaning so much during rainy weather. The manager of this establishment was able to inform me that one of my tires was on the verge of a blowout, and another one of my tires was a "snow tire" and was the reason my vehicle drifted so much, and was putting my life in danger. Also he informed me that I needed power steering fluid. These are just examples of him going above and beyond with customer satisfaction. He also informed me that I have a 30-day warranty on my tires. Will continue business with them.

My experience was horrible. They broke two of my lug nuts didn’t want to fix them tire kept going on flat they don’t even deserve a 1 star because they messed my car up now I have to get the problem fixed will not be going back and just found out they gave me a tire that was in horrible condition also my lugs weren’t stripped your worker did that but like I Said never going back.
