My dad and I stopped in while passing through, to see if we could get our dually truck tires aired up. Rigo really helped us out! Got our tires checked out and aired up to specs. Very helpful guys there. Very polite and friendly as well! Will be doing business with them again. Thanks!

Early morning emergency as we were from out of state and needed tire repair on our pickup with camper. Dually tires and no one else was able to help. Southern tire mart took us right in and within 30 minutes we were on the road again! Understanding, courtesy and respectful, we were so fortunate to have their service. Highly recommend!!

Thank you to the entire team who assisted us yesterday with two blown tires on our VR - on the side of 1-40! What exceptional service from the moment Dennison arrived with the replacement tires and installed them directly on the side of the road with an amazing amazing attitude and EFFICIENCY! We can not be thankful enough for his professionalism etc… just outstanding and completely appreciated!! Another mention to Rijo at the shop for his efficiency and friendliness too when we called in! I highly recommend this place. After getting the round a run from other places, especially the dealership, I bought my 2024 RV from. Leroy found the reason why my front right wheel/tire was vibrating. He didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Take your business to this place if you want to save time.

Military PCS Move, traveling across the country towing our RV, a tire on the truck had a valve stem go out. Rolled in on the spare for assistance, in and out within 30 mins. Extremely generous and helpful staff. Would do all my tire related business (personal or commercial) here if I was stationed or lived in the area.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, it took 6 hours to put on tires? It does not take that long for your everyday truck. When we got here to pickup the truck they barely started putting on the tires (and the glass is clear so I can see all of this happening) when they said they would have the truck ready in 2 hours this was before noon. Order the tires you want online and take them to a small shop to put them on. Do yourself a favor and don’t go through Leroy the other salesman with the longer facial hair seemed like he cared more than the person that dealt with us. I originally gave them one stars but I changed it due to the salesman that put attention to our situation.

Called and spoke to Leroy regarding a tire cleanup project I was working on. I have a piece of property that had a 10 of the HUGE industrial tractor tires on it. I called all around ABQ trying to safely dispose of the tires and was told over and over again, "They are too big, we don't take'em." Leroy was courteous and listened to my problem. He then took some information and said I'll call you back shortly. He called back in about 30 minutes with pricing for disposal. Even though this was not a big sale for him, he was understanding, caring and was just genuinely a great guy to deal with!!! I HIGHLY recommend these folks!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in to get some lights fixed, they said it may be a few hours worth of work to fix (it's a broken wire), and I was fine with that. They said they wanted to check the fuses so I offered to take my dogs out for a few minutes so they could, that wasn't good enough for them. So after some back and forth I said put it back together and I'll just leave. Well the mechanic rather start a fight then work with me in any way, so ended up with a yelling match, tire chocks being thrown and nearly a fist fight all over a broken wire. So if you're looking for professional mechanics, that act in a professional way, skip this shop and go to TA or Loves.
