I came here to change the tyre of my trailer and when I talked to the faty girl at the reception and asked how much you charge she told me that first we will see the situation of your tyre and after seeing the situation of tyre we will tell you, I asked her again how much you will charge she didn't tell me and when I left the shop they opened the tyre of my trailer without my approval, when I went to the office again I asked how much you will charge they told me 166 dollars for changing the tyre and when I told them that you are charging me too much they closed both the doors of the office when I asked why did you close the doors of the office they abused me a lot and tried to attack me, please don't come here they are very big fraud peoples and try to kill customers. I am afraid to deals with staff. Please dont come here They are killers and mechanic try to punch my face inside the office.

Checked in at 0750 am . Second truck to check in 3 1/2 hours later still waiting to get a call to come to the shop. These truck shops do not care about the drivers anymore. They get paid by the hour , so if they only work on two trucks all day they still make the same money. The people that pay their wages get treated the worse. This is just not the shop but the Pilot in general treats the drivers the same. So after a 4 hour wait they got me in the repairs took about 5 to 10 minutes and out the door I went. I did really appreciate that when he was done he shook my hand and said you’re done have a good day. Without doing any paperwork

No customer service here!! The guys working in the shop were kind and friendly however the big guy with the mustache that says he's the manager working the counter is about the rude nastiest guy I've had to deal with in quite a while!! Just a nasty rude person! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A LIAR!! Will never come back here and spend my money!! I don't understand! It free to be nice!

I pulled up at closing time needing help changing out a valve stem core right quick, I already had the valve stem core in hand. Guy says can I help you I said yes, told him the problem and he says we are closed. I asked if any chance of someone wanting to make money on the side, he says no. Such a simple thing that would take them 30sec to change out to get me back on the road. Now I'm having to find some place to help me. Way to support truckers! I will never come back to this location for anything.

I was here for oil change and general maintenance. Wait time was 3 hours but after they took my truck in, they finished in 3 hours. They have volvo filters, synthetic and non synthetic oils. Many varieties of everything. Clean job, just a little bit long wait time.

While driving on a cross country trip, we had an unexpected flat tire on our RV. We were filling up with gas and found Southern Tire Mart in the parking lot of the Flying J travel stop. We pulled up and were helped very quickly by a team of guys who diagnosed a broken valve stem and got us back on the road safely. I can’t thank you enough for your quick service and kindness. You have gone above and beyond today. Keep up the great work!

Great costumer service and very friendly. Quick in and out no wait and waist time. All filters in stock. Highly recommend instead of TA in Albuquerque always huge line and wait time and no oil and fuel filters. Thank you.

I had a serious issue with my semi and they took a look at it. Even though they couldn't fix it they were nice enough to not charge me and direct me in the right direction to someone that could!

Lack of communication between shifts told to come back b4 9 and then when I get back they tell me about a major oil leak they seen while changing starter I got here around 3 to begin work then left around 815 to run to loves to get parts because they forgot about my pm after starter then I get back at 845 then they tell me about a oil leak and can't do pm lazy workers in my option I think they just don't want to do pm it's 9 they close at 10 with 3 mechanics working no one in the bay

My brother had an issue with his tires and they started to crack and it was unsafe to drive. My brother complained to and Nick made it right and replaced my brothers tires highly recommend him.

This is one of the best tire and light maintenance places I have ever been to ..I had a huge crack in one of my drives and the had just what I wanted with a little bit of guidance and no pressure..I was out of there in 30 min….very friendly staff..I’d go out of my way to use them again!

Waited 4 and a 1/2 hours at the Loves truck stop here in Albuquerque, and still didn't get anything done. Called the flying J. They had me come down, and I went straight in the bay. Problem was found and fixed w/ no problem. EXCELLENT JOB GUY AND GALES
