I had the greatest experience today when Michael Minor showed up to fix a flat on my trailer at the Wal-Mart DC in Robert LA he was quick efficient and very polite and kind and was the fastest tire changer I ever met he did the whole job without even having to jack up the axle or pull the truck up on a block it literally blew my mind!!!!!! Good job Michael Minor you are a outstanding asset to your Southern Tire Mart store #305. May all your days be blessed and thanks again Michael Minor can't say enough about ya sir you are the boss man of tire repair.

Michael Minor was my tire guy and he told me he'd have me back on the road in no time. Well, he did just that. Two tires repaired and changed within 30 min. Top notch person, professional attitude, and really knew his craft. Thank you Michael and STM for all that you do! Five stars!

I had a flat tire on my trailer and called for someone to come out. 30 min. later Mr.Michael Minor showed up and got right to it. As I watched in my mirror, I could see that he showed passion and pride in his work. 15 min. later, I was back on the road again....I will use again!!!

Rolling down 12W and noticed my trailer tire was flat. Pulled over to get it fixed. Michael, the tech who assisted me, was very knowledgeable. He had my tire changed and ready to go within 10 min of arriving at the location. As a trucker, I appreciate that kind of top tier service and a tech who can get me rolling in a timely manner. Keep it up Michael!

I have been driving for a decade now, and this is the first time I have had a tech initial go above and beyond to not only help me, but also to get me going as quickly as possible. Michael had a pleasant attitude, and knew his craft. It is so hard to find people who take pride in their work, so when I come across one I have to appreciate them. I hope to never break down again, but if I have to I’ll make sure it’s in Baton Rouge lol. Thank you again sir.

I needed a tire changed on my trailer. I was at the Tiger truck stop in Gros Tete. This was the fastest tire change I have ever seen in my life. Thanks Michael! You're the best!

I was broken down on I-12 and needed 2 tires and rims replaced. Michael came out and took care of things quickly, accurately and with a GREAT attitude. His promptness and professionalism took the edge off of what had been a very bad situation. He got me right back up and running and I will definitely use y’all again.

I've been using the Southern Tire Mart chain for about 30 years for commercial tires and road service throughout all my travels. They never fail to provide a good value, accompanied by a friendly smile. Nice people, great values, excellent support, highly recommended. Edit.. Two days later, my hub oiler cap was leaking and my tires were leaking down. The hub was leaking because the tire tech dropped the wheel on the cap, cracking it. I see him drop it but didn't notice the damage. I informed Southern Tire about the issue, but I have yet receive reimbursement at this date.

What a great job today on my tire at ext 139 i-10. Worker was fast and efficient. He even put me a new valve stem on and wire brushed inside wheel for a good seal for the next tire, unlike most tire companies do and they charge you for it. Great service today. Thanks a million Patrick.
