disrespectful and unprofessional staff. There was a Service staff member who was working on his service truck in front of the store during after hours on 8/16/2024 that began yelling at a man who was trying to help from what seemed to be a homeless woman having a breakdown. The staff member began using profanity and trying to stop the man from helping her. I don’t know the full circumstance, but the man who was trying to help the homless Women was confused and upset. I don't the kind of people they hire here but this world is full of those less fortunate. any business that would hire employees that would try to prevent help for those less fortunate is not a place I would want to do business with. So unprofessional.

Always a pleasure working with these guy. We have a couple semis and trailers to go along, and these guys will be the ones to do the tires on the road, or in the shop. Great work 👍

Brian is awesome. I called and ask if they had time to check out a tire that was flat on my truck, he said yes I drove over and he immediately got Robert. Robert did a thorough inspection on the tire. He found out that the problem was the valve stem. I greatly recommend this shop. They have great customer service and a great variety of truck tires at reasonable prices. I will definitely call them again when I'm in need of the their service 🤗.

The tire on our truck had gotten punctured on the highway, and we were in a pickle trying to find somewhere close to get a change. We found GCR and they helped us change our tire for free, since they usually only work commercial. Very nice!

I was recently parked at the Chevron on Richards Blvd. by the freeway ramp trying to address a low air pressure notification for my tires. One of your drivers was parked at the pumps, and took the time (unprompted) to assist me. He tested the air pressure in each of my tires to make sure they were not overfilled, found the source of my problem (a nail in one tire), and waited until I was finished before leaving. Both his professionalism and kindness towards a stranger were so appreciated!

I stopped by this place because it is right off of the freeway and I noticed I had a rear tire puncture when I was nearing Richards blvd. They isolated the problem, and the extremely nice and helpful gentlemen there got me back on my way. Would highly recommend.
