Excellent service, people very friendly , we had issues with our motorhome and they let stay in there parking lot until Monday morning. Got our front end aligned. Prices very good. I highly recommend this store for your tire and alignment needs

Tire techs are knowledgeable. Front desk the first faces you see entering the establishment are rude and angry. Almost gave 1 star but as mentioned tire techs are good.

Fantastic service. 42’ coach alignment and they got the steering wheel dead straight/tru where others tried and could not do. Everyone was super nice and professional—and highly experienced. No reservations trusting them with my coach/home. Thanks Dan and Rob!

I wanted to share what a delightful experiance I had at Southern Tire Mart . Southern Tire Mart exceeded my expectations, the staff was incredibly professional inclusively I was assited by Mario whom spoke Spanish . The staff was efficient when installing tires on my vehicle not only did they complete the job quickly but they provided excellent customer service throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent . My vehicle feels safer and reliable with the new tires. I highly reccomend Southern Tire Mart for all your Tire needs.

one of the worst services, spent 2 hours, arrived at 11 am, they said I had to wait 45 minutes, then another 45 minutes, left at 1 pm without receiving service

Had to put some new steer tires on my Renegade RV today. This place was really fantastic. Service was so fast I could only call it amazing. So many tires, brands, etc, to choose from. Thank you, Dan, Bobby, and the rest of the team.

They didn't take time to explain the 3 axle alignment and rushed us out the door. After calling them back the next day they didn't want to deal with the problem. The also charged for items I didn't receive. New valve caps, I kept my old ones. Balance tires I run centramatics, and the front office knew it when I talked to them. So after stopping at a different STM and having them recheck alignment it was out by 11 degrees. Band new tire shot all and all they just tried to go for the quick buck and got caught. BTW over $163.00 in charges that the other shop said should not have been charged. I wish I could have given them no stars.

I went beginning of February 2022 to that shop because I had driveablility problem with my 2016 class A motor home. I wasn't happy with the work performed but after talking in person to the assistant manager, the problem was resolved and I am a happy camper. We are all human and mistakes can be done. Talking person to person is the best solution. I will recommend this shop.

Usually a five-star service. But this time they forgot torque a lug nut. It fell within 2 weeks. Will recommend to confirm that lug nuts are properly torque before you leave, like they do at ta/petro
