Had the worst customer service experience ever. Paid for the alignment. The work took 2 weeks and the job was not done. Worked with Miguel. The guy wouldn't even go outside to look at the vehicle.

Had worst experience there! Never will go there again, and will not recommend! We Just needed to do an alignment. They told us, In order to do that , we need to renew so many parts, that it will cost me over a thousand $, either though we just fixed main things in other shop, they just don’t do alignments . Ok, fine, we agreed to do that, just to have that alignment done. Guess what…. They did even worse!!! I wish I can post pictures here! I am not a mechanic, you don’t have to be expert to see that. Both front wheel are oblique to each other. You can see that so clearly! And they don’t want to fix it, they said will fix it for extra $.. like for a regular alignment! So instead of just paying $150 for a regular alignment , we payed over a 16 hundred for all the parts, they did it even worse, and now we also had to buy two new front tires, because of their negligence, previous got bald within 500 miles. Who will compensate that!?! It is just their business! They will make it worse to suck money from you!

Need tires? Go to Southern Tire Mart in Tulsa Ok. Ask for Gene Watts Store 354 You will be very happy with the attitude and job you receive. We had a bad tire but couldn’t get to the shop till right at closing time but he said no problem. Gene stayed late and got us going. No problem, very friendly and professional. I got there in my service truck at 4:30 PM with a flat. I didn't have time for a new tire but they put my spare on and checked tire pressure and I was out in 15 minutes. Keep in mind that I was the last customer for the day. They have two locations. Check them out.

Man this place is awesome i was at boss shop down the road and those guys told me i need a new rim on trailer and there is two wait so i called southern tire Gene Watts pulled me right in to shop just bent the rim back into shape and it was good as new, saved me a lot of money. So i'd say if u need any kinda repair come here no questions asked i mean who could beat saving money and get fast service. Gene is just an awesome dude.
