Terrible experience with UHaul at this location. I reserved an in town 10 foot truck. I get there and they tell me that they don’t have it. The 10 footer is sitting right there in front of the shop. They then tell me that it isn’t an in town rental (even though I have a confirmation that says otherwise). They say I have to rent a bigger more expensive truck and then automatically tack on insurance without my consent. The whole thing cost twice what I reserved it for. Terrible experience!!

EXCELLENT experience with these guys. I bought an older '85 Jeep CJ 7 that I picked up in CA that needed some carb work. And not only was I able to drop off my uhaul rental, but they were the only shop in town that would consider working on an older car after calling around 10 different shops here in St. George. They got the jeep running great and didn't over charge us at all. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

I was going on a road trip the next day and my truck's check engine light came on. While my truck was under warranty the dealer couldn't get me in. These guys fixed the issue quickly and for a fair price. Or so I thought. Later another related truck issue meant the dealer was under the hood and said the "splicing" done on the repair was not to spec. So I had to pay to redo what S Utah Auto Tech had done.

Super happy with their service. I am from out of town and had a window regulator go out and I needed it fixed that morning to make a wedding (not mine, but still!) and then drive back to Northern Utah the next day. They got it done within 3 hours and actually charged me less than my regular mechanic back at home. They could have easily gouged me due to the circumstances and they didn't. Can't be more grateful to have used them.

I highly recommend this repair shop. Their prices are extremely fair and much lower than other repair shops, especially dealerships and chains. They seem to charge less labor hours than most others.

A few weeks ago we were in St George with our older high mileage 4 Runner. And one morning it barely started and was running rough and the all engine lights came on. I was in panic thinking about the possibility of trying to get my family back home in 3 days and nearly 400 miles away. I started looking for shops close to where we were staying. I noticed one review that was very complimentary about Brent and his business. So I called him and he was able to figure out what the problem was and get me back on the road and back home. He didn't try to give me the run around and was fair, knowledgeable, and matter of fact. My vehicle needs some more maintenance and next time I'm in town I plan to check with him about working on my vehicle.

Expect basic service by the letter of the uhaul service agreement. If you dont read and expect this location to help you- its your problem. The service person is likely over busy, understaffed, used to dealing with the typical entitled consumer or people who are just idiots. Bring additional people to help you if you are uncertain or unfamilar and might need help with the equipment after you rent it. This UHaul location is a dual business inside an auto business. I rented a trailer and a dolly. The service person processed my paperwork and hooked up the trailer quickly and safely. After 30 miles I forgot the dolly and called to see if it could just be taken off the bill. I was told I could come back to get it but the bill was already processed. I was too far away and the service person was not obligated to do that so I had to accept the loss. On the way to return the trailer, I was pulled over for expired plates. I did not think to check that before I left, so that is another suggestion for any one to do before leaving. I called the 24 hour service number and spoke to uhaul directly, not the place I got the trailer. They apologized for the error and if I was written a ticket, they would reimburse. Thankfully, the police officer understood the error was not mine, my infomation checked out and I safely returned the trailer without a problem.

I absolutely could not have better things to say!! My car broke down in the McDonalds parking lot while I had all three of my kids with me. I called them and they happily accepted my car to check it and in under 24 hours, my car was fixed. INCREDIBLE and will absolutely be going here for all future car needs.

I found the master cylinder for 1/3 the cost with no freight cost. He said this is what my supplier charges me. When all was said and done the break petal goes almost to the floor before it works. Called him about that and he said that's the way it is. I give him a ZERO

I had a check engine light come on while I was driving to work one morning, so I looked up some places near me with high reviews. I dropped my car off, gave them the information about my warranty and my information, and then walked home because they needed me to leave my car there for the diagnostic. Almost 24 hours later, I hadn’t heard from them, so I gave them a call. Evidently, they took my car for a test drive and within the two blocks they made it, my serpentine belt (I think, I was told serpentine belt and engine belt on two separate occasions but paperwork says serpentine belt) “dissolved” and they lost my paperwork. So now, they drive my car back, look for my paperwork (with my personal information on it) but don’t find it, and notice an oil leak. Without my authorization, both of these problems are “fixed” (changed the serpentine belt and added oil) and I am charged for them, and they can’t even solve my original problem. I hadn’t noticed any problems like these prior to taking my car in, and when asking questions about the situation and the procedures that had been done, I couldn’t get a clear answer from the worker or the manager. I also asked questions about the oil leak, but was only told that they didn’t know anything about where it was coming from, despite telling my dad on the phone it came from the oil pan after he asked them about it. I feel like I was taken advantage of by this shop, and I felt like I was treated as though I was lesser. And I still don’t even know what happened to my car. If you need you car serviced or fixed, I would recommend going to someone or somewhere else worthy of your trust.

I needed a leak checked out on my college daughter's car. They were very friendly, honest, and good priced. Would use again, it's nice having a reliable shop in an area I'm not as familiar with knowing they'll take care of my cars.

This summer, we were camping in the St. George area, visiting from California, and one of the rear brake cylinders on our 1998 Jeep Cherokee started leaking lots of brake fluid. As a result, we had very little braking power and returned to our campground. I went online and picked this shop based on its excellent ratings and we were very pleased with the service and pricing. We arrived the next morning upon opening and the replacement of the rear cylinder, new brake pads, cleanup of the soiled parts, new fluid and air bleeding was completed late that morning. Thank you so much for quickly and courteously getting us back on the road so we could continue our family road trip in Utah.

These guys replaced my whole a/c system in my truck which cost me $1600 at the end of last summer, I now at the beginning of this summer my a/c was blowing hot air because all of the coolant leaked out. So I took it back in to see if they can figure out what is wrong with it they put more coolant in ( with out telling me first ) so when I went in to pickup my truck they are telling me I owe them another $230. And the problem still isn't fixed. I have to wait for that to leak out so they can find the leak, which they say its a new leak, and if it is coming from one of the components they installed they will see if they can get it covered. THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE A/C system!! So everything in there was replaced. So now I have to take it in again and have them charge me another $230 plus what ever they are going to charge me to fix the problem. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here!

What a great experience. When they say "We'll treat you right!!" They mean it! Just moved to Utah from Nebraska and found our mechanic of the future. Great service and even better people!!!
