They can’t patch/plug a tire to save their god damn lives. So I went there one time after having a nail in my tire. The guy plugged it, but it was still leaking air. I go back come to find out there is more than one nail in said tire. Why they didn’t take care of it the first time idk…so the man plugged it again and it’s still leaking. I figure I’ll just get a new tire. I go back to them and they give me a new tire with a 2 week warranty. Not even 7 after getting it I ran over something and it went flat. Because of the warranty, I went back to the shop And instead of giving me a new tire, he patched/plugged it for me. That was Saturday Come Monday the tire is almost on the ground With 10 PSI. I will never give them another penny of my money. Working at a tire shop and you can’t plug a tire is just crazy!

I use to go here for all my needs but noticed they messed up the thread so changing my tires isn’t easy . Headed to buy all the components to finally get it done right. Thanks for the extra cost.

I came in as I've always used this place my husband and i....they didn't have my size tire manager or whoever said to call back in a few days...but guess what yall never answer yalls phone who wants to get outta their bed in rain and cold because yalls phone go to voice mail during business hours...NOT A GOOD LOOK I NEVER SEE A PLACE THAT NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!
