Had an accident a couple weeks before moving across the country, I figured I would have to delay my move and add more stress to my life. However, the team here was absolutely amazing, super communicative and transparent, they even worked over Labor Day weekend to get my car done a whole week before I was scheduled to move just to make sure I had my car available to prep for the move. Heck they had the car ready before the insurance payment even cleared, these guys are the BEST you can find guaranteed. Don’t know if I would’ve gotten service like this anywhere else, they really saved me on this one. Thanks again guys!!

Southwest Autobody did a great job restoring my 2008 Honda Element back to being a beauty, which I wasn’t sure was possible after insurance considered it a total loss. They were very transparent with me regarding pricing and expectations. It did take almost two months but for a car that is difficult to find parts for, I wasn’t surprised. They are a small shop and they care about their customers. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a body shop!

These guys were fantastic!! Responded immediately to my request for a quote, then drove to my home to view the damage on my car and gave me a quote in my own driveway! I didn't have to take my car anywhere! After I had agreed to the quote, they said they could make the repairs right on the spot. A couple hours later and my car was good as new! They were dedicated to the task, and the quality of work and customer service was superb. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Called them to have my car looked at after a crash. They said they can take a look at pictures and tell me if I can drive it back since I was visiting family in Austin for Christmas. They saw the pictures and told me their opinion. I appreciate their timely response and how accommodating they were with my request.

I went to these guys because they said they could get my car done quickly. They were super nice, and they pride themselves on customer service. Fixed my car way faster than any other shop in town, and did a great job. They fought with my insurance adjuster to make sure insurance didn’t cut corners on my car, and I would not go anywhere else.

This place a hidden gem! (For now) I unfortunately hit a deer driving home from work one night, and found Southwest Autobody after deciding against another body shop in the area due to the rude staff. Anthony from Southwest Autobody immediately answered the phone, was incredibly helpful and friendly, explained exactly what they were going to do and delivered an amazing repair! He even delivered my vehicle after it was ready! Anytime I need body work done in the future, Southwest Autobody will definitely be my go to! Hope y'all give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

This was my first accident. I found Southwest Autobody online. They had some good reviews and were able to get my car in same day. They met me at work to get the keys from me. Awesome! Kept me updated through the whole process without me needing to follow up. They were very friendly the whole time keeping me informed of my options as the situation evolved. My car ended up getting totalled out. So even though they didn't get to make the repairs they were generous enough to collect all my belongings and bring them to me. Such a great experience with them. Thank you!!!!

Had an amazing experience. Tesla insurance was having major delays and communication and approving repairs, which left me without a vehicle for almost 8 weeks. Anthony and his brother still went forward with the repairs even though the delay was on my insurance. Very grateful with the results, have seen minor touch ups that they have honored to work with me at no cost. For a small family business, big service.

I had was hit by vehicle damage to my suspension on my drivers side wheel are, after my tire came off and I lost control for a breaf moment. When looking for a body shop, the Southwest Autobody came to my attention, their awesome customer’s service and fast turnaround made everything easy. I would like to say that shop’s reputation proceeds them, from the moment of pickup to delivery. The shop delivered my car to my location since I was not able to pick it up. Like I said awesome service.

It's like getting a home-cooked meal from Mom but with car repairs instead... If you see a 1-star review here, it is a disingenuous review. Jimmy and Anthony shatter the stereotype of a mechanic that you cannot trust. These guys are top-notch, world-class, genuine guys just looking to care for their customers in a time of need and grow their family-owned business. I was in a terrifying accident and when I called them, the first thing Anthony did was treat me like a human that went through a traumatic experience. He told me to take a breath, file a claim, know that everything would be fine, and we would talk about the car the following day. This left me with a very great first impression. From there, everything went great. After my estimate went through, they took payment right from insurance and fixed my car to near perfection, cut me a deal, and were thrilled to help me out in my time of need. Their genuine nature and the sheer gratification they get from being quality people truly trying to help their clients shine through the whole time. They are very much worth anyone and everyone's business. I will be back here if ever needed and wish these guys the utmost success moving forward.

They broke my windshield and never informed me at the time of delivery. When inquired, they accepted it’s their fault. Still not fixed. Been weeks. Because of rains, now water has leaked into cracks and one of the the headlamp stopped working. Wouldn’t recommend this auto body to anyone.
