Southwest Automotive rightly recommended we have work done to keep our car in good shape and safe to drive. As always, they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and on budget. I always like how they do just what they recommend without trying to upsell us on other things. They are very personable and are happy to answer our questions, making us feel like they are our advocate. I trust them with my vehicles and will return.

Southwest Automotive is keeping my Ford Explorer Sports Trac running for me. They found a brake fluid leak that could have caused a fire. I am beyond grateful. I decided to invest in keeping my truck instead of buying a new one that is beyond my budget. SW Auto is helping me keep her running. Feeling thankful.

Austin did a great job on my Acura. The alternator went out, and he noticed that the battery cable got very hot - He kept it for an extra day to make sure after test drives and battery checks that there was no issue with the electrical. Most places would not go the extra mile here. Price was good and there were no extra costs after doing more work at the end. A++

Been coming here for over 15 years. Rick retired but Aaron is still around and it’s nice to see him behind the counter. Austin is keeping the business model of honest work at good prices the same.

Been doing business with these guys for well over 10 years. I am proud to know they are my "neighborhood" mechanic. I do a lot of basic repairs and maintenance myself. But when it comes to a tricky diagnosis, major work or big repairs, I trust Southwest Auto. Every time I go in, I see familiar faces and I've never been pressured into unnecessary work. I've even been referred to the dealer when a major (dealer-only) warranty or recall repair was needed. I trust the master mechanic's (Aaron) judgement and advice.

This shop and the staff is great! They won't sell you what you don't need. Austin prepared me for the worst, in terms of what parts might be needed. In the end, the additional parts weren't needed and they were honest about it. Highly recommend.

Recover, evacuate and recharged AC system on daughter’s Chevy Equinox. All done in little over 4 hours. Total cost was in line with estimate. Very happy with service. Didn’t miss Rick A bit😀. Just jabbing if Rick is out there. Austin was very helpful

Returning customer, always happy with the honesty and service here. Austin really took the extra time to explain their process, and recommendations on a potentially major issue, performed a test and additional deep dive inspection and vehicle health check. Not pushy for add ons or up-sells. Highly recommend.

As a woman, it’s always a daunting experience to take your car in for service. I went to Southwest because it was highly recommended by a group of women at the company I work for, and they did not disappoint. The owner was kind, transparent, and communicative. He explained exactly what needed service, broke down the price, and never tried to upsell me. All my questions were answered, my car was ready in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. I could not recommend this shop more!

Southwest Automotive Specialists were fantastic! Austin got my car in the same day. Found the correct problem with AC and fixed it under $600. I had initially gone to Lamb's on William Cannon, but they lied to me and said l needed a new Blower Motor Assembly for over $1200. I knew that diagnosis was wrong as the blower was working fine on all 4 speeds. It was blowing fine, just hot. I strongly recommend Southwest Automotive Specialists. They are fast, fairly priced and have a terrific professional attitude. I will definitely be back and send friends to this shop.

Austin and his team at Southwest Automotive are true Pros! They take the time to figure out exactly what is going on and then get the job done right. I made the mistake of taking my SUV to a friend’s shop only to have to take it to Southwest Automotive 2 days later because it broke down again. I won’ make that mistake again! Their top notch work and excellent customer service can’t be beat!

This shop has new owners & management. We have had work done this company for many years. So far, so good. One of the most important things to look for in this type of work is honesty. After today, I believe things will be good going forward. I plan on continuing my association with in the future.
