I would like to thank the people from Southwest Performance on doing such an amazing job on my Toyota Forerunner. Worked with Abel and he took such great care of us. I was leary going somewhere new but I'm so glad we did. The price was beyond reasonable and they did the work quickly so we wouldn't be without a car. So we had electrical issues with our Toyota 4 Runner due to water getting to the wiring harness, Abel and his crew went above and beyond and found the problem and replaced the interior wiring. As you all know wiring issues are some of the most complicated issues to deal with. If you are looking for an honest and professional shop bring you vehicle to Southwest Performance. This shop is honest reliable and very fair priced, I would highly recommend this shop for all of your Automotive repairs….

We came in on Sat just as they were getting ready to close because our car began having trouble during our road trip. They were nice enough to see us immediately and, as soon as they found out we weren't from the area and they got logistics sorted out, they gave us recommendations on places to eat. One of the workers even gave us a ride to a restaurant nearby since we hadn't eaten yet. They were really nice! We had issues with a part we had gotten fixed elsewhere a year prior. Not only was this a good $200 less than the other auto shops price, but they really went above and beyond trying to find the part we needed (it was hard to find the part we needed and they contacted a multitude of places)!

Very good place to get your vehicle worked on. My waterpump and timing chain went out. They took care of the problem and got it done very quick. I was back on the road in no time. I know that from now on that’s where I’m taking my vehicles from now on. Great price for the hard work and better then some of those big name places that don’t even fix your vehicle right the first time.

Had my blown jeep there and had the worst customer service. On top of that the engine stopped running about 5 months prior to the fix. they said I didn’t have warranty. What kind of shop doesn’t offer warranty? They never gave me any receipts. They didn’t want to disclose any information about the vehicle, they would give me the run around. While the fix was going on they even blocked my number just because I was trying to figure out what exactly was going on with my vehicle. They handled this situation in a very unprofessional way. They didn’t fix the solution, they added more problems. Never come here unless if you just want a quick fix and having your car break down after a couple of weeks

Excellent service and professionalism, I took my car in because of a noise it was making and they found and resolved the problem immediately. Their prices are fair, in addition to the friendly treatment, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Totally satisfied customer.

Excellent service! I bought an older Toyota that came with brake pads that needed to be installed. Unfortunately the brake pads were the wrong size. Abel, showed this issue to me and also another problem going on with my brakes. He got the correct parts needed, installed them and got me back on the road the next day. All with great friendly service. 👍
