My 2001 Toyota Camry was leaking oil and causing smoke/smell that made driving a hazard. Andres was kind and courteous to address Champs Auto Service’s process once the issue was identified. In addition, Champs Auto Service, provided follow-up to manage our expectations on how long the work will take. I was impressed with the fact that Champs Auto Service thoroughly tested my Toyota Camry was running properly. Avoid this mechanic at all costs. I took my car in for a routine oil change, and things quickly went downhill when the mechanic broke the oil filter during the service. I then took my car to get the catalytic converter diagnosed, and not only did the mechanic charge me $200 for a diagnostic test, but he also installed a new radiator that did nothing to fix the issue. Four months later, I discovered that the radiator wasn’t even installed properly, and my car is still leaking oil. This mechanic clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. His lack of customers and the problems with my car are evidence of his incompetence. I would not recommend him to anyone—save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Sparks. I took my 2021 Nissan Kicks to Sparks for an oil change and new breaks. Waiting time at Nissan was going to take all day. And yes I need my car. So i searched for a place near my house that would do both services in one place and a reasonable time period. And SPARKS it was. Abraham did my car in half the time that Nissan would of took. I dropped off my car , went across the street to the H.I.P. mall did some shopping and had lunch. When I was done my car was all done. Oil Change, filter replaced etc. As well as breaks all around. Abraham and his staff are so amazing explaining everything to me what they were going to do before the services as well as explaining what they did. Sparks is the one stop shop for all your car or truck needs. I will let all my family & friends know as well. From now on I will take my car to Sparks for all my car needs. I went there for an oil change and tire rotation and it was fast. After a few weeks, I have to put air on one of the wheels and I found out that one of the wheel was missing two knots. It could be dangerous

I've recently had my 2021 Nissan Kicks serviced at this establishment and boy was I impressed! Not only did my car run as though it was brand new, I also received it in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The gentleman helping me was named Abraham and he patiently walked me through the process and gave me a quote without pressuring me. As a young woman, I know I can come to this place without the fear of getting ripped off. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future!
