Definitely don’t recommend this place overcharged me like crazy for them to not even fix my car plus they broke my front bumper and claim that they didn’t do it and it sucks cause charger bumpers are expensive but don’t go to them like I said they overcharge like crazy and don’t fix your car just go to TWINS AUTO they deal with the mopar community and plus they do electrical stuff there instead of which here they call someone who’s even more dumb than they are and then charge you more for it wasted 3 weeks without my charger for them to tell me it was something with my subs which I fixed that day WITHIN 30 MINUTES but 100% go to TWINS AUTO they rock

Dropped my 2014 Jeep Cherokee off 07/30/2024 due too my vehicle not starting. My vehicle sat at their location for two weeks before touched which my appointment was for 7/31. After calling for weeks and getting the run around, my father went up to the 84th L location where the truck was still sitting outside which they had told me it was going to be towed to another location (65th L) where they have been working out of due to storm. The next day they magically contacted me and said my ignition module and ABS module were bad. Not once after they did the diagnostics to determine those modules were bad did they bring up the brake booster, which would've showed when they hooked the vehicle to the computer to determine the modules were bad!. Had a prior diagnostic done from the Jeep dealership which the brake booster did not show up as needing to be replaced, only showed lost communication to a module. Took about two weeks to repair. Paid $2500, when I picked up my vehicle all these lights were on my dash which wasn't on there when I dropped my truck off. Brake light, Airbag, and mile odometer was flashing. They advised when I picked up my vehicle that something was wrong with my brake booster, which is connected to the ABS module they said they had to replace. I requested to see the old modules to ensure they were replaced and they were not provided. Prior to this they told me they were having a hard time programming the ABS module. I still reiterated that the lights on my dash were not there when I towed the vehicle to them. They advised for additional $1200 they can repair the brake booster that they damaged.

Sparks did an oil change for me. When I picked up my car the cabin, or the passenger area smelled of motor oil. I drove the block to my work and opened the hood. To my surprize the motor was covered in oil!! After work I drove home and my check engine light came on?! I returned to Sparks and offered that info, it was met with a chuckle and a reference that that had nothing to do with my oil change. The diagnostic they did found that my air induction was damaged! This the the intake directly connected to my air filter, which should have been checked while performing my oil change. I was then told my air filter needed changed and the repair would be an additional 723.00 !!!!!! It’s fairly obvious to me that the hose was torn while attempting to check my air filter and the oul all over the motor was partially to cause for the smell. A total of 830 dollars later I have a new connection for the air intake but still have the oil smell in the cabin. This location will never touch my vehicle again!!!!!! Never!!!!

Cost was over $300 & Sparks expert still had no idea what the problem is. It goes without saying they were unable to fix the window problem. Spark said it was a harness issue but it was not. It was a passenger window switch issue ($15 Part) which I got fixed for $100 by someone else.

Great experience! Came here rather nervous of the cost as I needed very technical electric work done on my vehicle. Everyone was very knowledgeable and understanding. Of course I would have rather paid less but the workmanship and technical skills needed; I feel were perfectly aligned with the price I paid. 10/10 service, knowledge and integrity!

$300 some dollars for a water pump. $100 dollar serpentine belt. Thieves, looked all around for a 2001 5.3 water pump. Never found one for over $140. Move along, wouldn't even give them one star, but had too jus to post this

Been going to sparks for over 30 years. Always do a great job. This last visit was all the same. The only issue I have is the prices I got charged was extremely higher then it should have been for the work I got done.

Happy that i took my truck here, they fixed the issue quick. Made light work out of why my tailights weren't working. Replaced a corroded connector then cleaned another.
