If it was possible to give these guys zero stars, I would. I bring my truck to them for a leveling valve and yes they did find another leak, I give them that. It took them from 1pm to 5:20 pm to give me a bill for $1,236.57. They changed 2 air bags and a leveling valve on my 2019 International LT625. After that rip off they threatened that if the bill was not paid in 10 minutes that they will pull the truck back in for the night. Then they give me my keys and I see they took my house and car keys out my cup holder and attached them to my single truck key that was in the ignition like that had anything to do with they job. My recommendation? Stay the hell away from Specialized Truck Repair.

I had issues with my mud flap and needed help with replacing it. Henry stayed past the Hours of work to make sure that I was good and he helped BIG TIME! He knew the part I needed and if it wasn't for him to help guide me, I would still be stuck for the weekend. Thanks guys, you have a great team.

Terrible company run by uncaring thieves. Charged us for a service that wasn’t completed leading to our motorhome breaking down before we even needed an oil change and now they won’t work with us at all. Shady and terrible service. Absolutely do not recommend.

Very poor service. My truck was a no start it was in their shop for over 3 months they were just replacing parts, hoping to find the issue. I spent $3,000 plus towing fees on a broken truck. I receive my truck in even worse condition than before I sent it to their shop. This shop is highly unprofessional and they don't care about their customers.
