LOVE! Their professionalism stood out right away. The team is incredibly knowledgeable. They took time to explain my vehicles issues in detail and offered honest advice without trying to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Every visit has been easy and quick, they tell you what they are going to do and how much and dont mess around, they are kind and smart and do the job right, i had a part they installed go bad on the manufacturer's end and they switched it out for free in 1 afternoon for me, amazing work.

I was on my way to the lake with a truck full of kids and a boat in tow when I stopped to get gas. After filling up I tried to start the boat just to make sure everything was working and it was dead. I happened to be near Specialties so I stopped to see if they could help. One of their mechanics dropped what he was doing and checked it out. Within ten minutes he found the solution and we were on our way. No charge! It saved our day!! I have purchased four cars from Specialties over the last eight years and have taken each of them back regularly to be serviced. I haven't had a bad experience with them on the sales or service side. In fact, I have been impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my experience each time I'm there. I'll keep going back.

There is 5-star service and there is Specialties Auto Group 5-Star Service - which is next totally level. My 2019 Volvo XC-40 R-Design wouldn't start earlier this week - assumed the battery finally failed in the Cedar City cold snap (actually there are 2 batteries in this car). Closest Volvo Dealer is 2.5 hours away in Vegas so I found Specialties Auto Group online in St. George only 40 minutes from me, they service imports including Volvo, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc. So, I hit the chat on their website – Jeff (Service Manager) texted almost immediately. Here’s what happened next -- Jeff came to my location that eve, jumpstarted my Volvo, did an initial assessment, I followed him to his house in Cedar City. He dropped me back at my place. Next morning, Jeff took my Volvo to Specialties Auto Group in St. George to run full diagnostics, found out both the main starter battery and that auxiliary battery were original (nearly 7 years old) and both failed the testing. He communicated with me throughout the day, sent pics and updates, and provided a $ quote. They replaced both batteries, confirmed all was good, and he brought my car back to me in Cedar City – with a full tank of gas!!! What? Who does that – Jeff at Specialties Auto Group, that’s who. And, they were about $100 less than the Volvo dealer. If you want top notch, quality, honest service then look no further. Take your car here, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Jeff, and thank you Specialties Auto Group!!

This place is amazing!! I rented an Audi in California and my car began to run low on oil. Several shops in St. George turned me away. I found specialities automotive group and they immediately helped me free of charge!! They were nice, understanding and helpful. It brought so much peace given that I’ve been on the road for a lot a long while. Thank you guys!!

Went through them to buy my 2022 VW Jetta Gli and may I tell you, it was simple and they weren’t trying to force me into anything like certain dealerships in town. Brett their sales guy is great and easy to talk too and truthfully a great guy. He didn’t force me into doing anything or signing anything. When I ended up choosing what car I liked they had it shipped down from their Bountiful location. But during transport, the transport guy (non affiliated) ripped a sensor off of the car by accident. Specialties immediately notified me about what had happened and they scheduled an appointment with Volkswagen themselves and payed for it themselves so all in all the whole buying experience and communication experience had to be a 5/5. Would definitely recommend and would definitely shop here again!!

I’ve used this company for the past 2.5 yrs and they have never failed me. They have always gotten me in with in 48hrs. Based on current economic costs they have stayed overall cost friendly when you compare to dealerships.

I couldn’t recommend Specialties Auto more! They made buying a new car such a great experience for me. They made sure everything went smoothly. Brett was so cool, not an ounce of pressure either which I truly appreciated after spending the previous week and a half dealing with other dealerships that were too pushy. Brett and Wes were both extremely knowledgeable and answered any little question I had. Communication with Specialties Auto was great too. I've been going to Specialties Auto since I purchased my Mercedes in 2019. They were excellent to work with on the purchase. I did a lot of research and based on my research I got a great deal on my car. The loan officer at the credit union was even impressed with the price I paid. I'm 65 years young and I have never had a good experience with a used car dealership until Specialties Auto. I plan on buying my next car with them. The service department is another story however, they are even better than the sales department! I always have my car serviced there. They have actually refused to do work before because I didn't need it. I've always been treated fairly and with respect. Coby always manages to work me in quickly and they do a great job. I trust Specialties Auto and have recommended them several times to family and friends and I will continue to recommend them. There aren't any other used car dealerships I would even walk into. They are definitely the best in town.
